I have an oval shaped bald head. 58 cm. This cap fits perfectly with the velcro completely covered, so I don't have the issues with the hook end catching on my hood. Because I'm bald, the hole in the back leaves my head exposed and it would be nice if this hat were fitted. Otherwise, I really like it. Trucker hats don't fit my oval head, and this one fits very well.
