Traverse Gloves Reviews

Warm but not durable

I work as a surveyor and bought these gloves for the fall/winter weather. I have already ripped a few holes in them. They are, however, very warm. And they work great on a touchscreen.

Nice

Great gloves

Good lightweight gloves

they may run a tad small, but this is good for shooting.

Final piece

Completing the camo set. My husband will feel nearly invisible once he receives his new hat and gloves to finish his favorite gear!

I like the old gloves

I like the old gloves better..

Just a little short in the fingers.

I normally wear a Large but needed to go to an XL which fit me pretty well and they do a good job cutting the cold on chilly mornings. It took a little while to break them in. I have average to short fingers and found that the XL size still webbed a little between my fingers until they became broke-in after a few long days of wearing them. I'm satisfied with my purchase; you'll want to try before you buy to ensure proper fit. I do like the solid color offerings for everyday wear.

Great gloves

Needed a pair of gloves to match my jacket and pants, don’t like heavy gloves, got these and they are perfect

Favorite Gloves

I wear these gloves as much as possible. I only use other gloves when it is extremely cold. Just bought a new pair because my old pair ripped on the seam if the palm but I also had them for 5 years. Highly recommend.

Great gloves- warm but still

Great gloves- warm but still able to use hands fully!

Great gloves!

Get these gloves for whatever game you pursue. They are light and work well under a pair of leather gloves or mittens. I always have them on. In the colder parts of season I put my gloved hands in my hand muff. Being how our hands are likely always moving, camo them up to avoid detection.

Great Lightweight Gloves

Exactly what you want out of light weight gloves. Dexterity was great. Does a good job of keeping the wind chill off your hands. Had to dip my hand into the water to get a sinking decoy real quick, and the glove still came out pretty much completely dry. Fits pretty true to their size chart. I was debating between a medium and a large. After comparing my hand lengths to their size chart, it said that I would be on the slight big side of medium which is exactly what I wanted and how they eventually fit once I got them

Cold morning Savior!

So this I had Waited several years to finally make my Fanatic Suit Purchase So happy.100% Silent and Warm.No Complaints so far.

Great fit

The sizing runs true and are a great glove. 🧤

Traverse glove

Still my favorite Sitka glove overall. Perfect for camo during warmer days. On frigid cold days I put a hand warmer in my palm and the glove still does everything I need. I’ve used them in near zero degree temps this way.

I was between a medium

I was between a medium and large measurements and I should have got the large. They are tight but I really like them.

Awesome product

Amazing, keeps my hands warm on cold mornings

Warm gloves was a little disappointed wore them on one two week hunt and they wore out

Great product!

Great product!

Great gloves but tight

Normal hand size these gloves are great, but tight in the fingers! You can type on phone with them on!!!

Good for what they are.

These are a very lightweight glove with high dexterity. Good as a liner or early season glove they will not keep your fingers warm once temps drop below about 35. I have some circulation issues on my hands after a lifetime spent outside so they might work better for others. I hate to wear gloves when hunting so I wear these as a compromise and still put my hands in my pockets.

TOO SMALL

Probably a great glove for the money, but runs way too small.

Great Fit and Dexterity

I have a couple different colors of these and primarily use them for waterfowl hunting. Great for mid and late season alike, they are great at retaining heat while still leaving you feeling like you're hunting bare handed.

Love the gloves, but not durable

These gloves are perfect for tree stand or blind hunting I’d imagine. Do not hold up well in the woods. Several holes and seams ripping apart less than a whole season. Which disappoints me because I loved the gloves

Torn second time I used them

These gloves worked great the first time out, then the second time out, I noticed that the stitching had started to come apart between my thumb and index finger. I really like the gloves and quality seemed to be good. Maybe I just got a bad pair?

Way too small

First day I got them they tore putting them on. I have large hands and these were literally skin tight. Why doesn't Sitka make an XXL and larger in the gloves, gaiters and winter hats? I would buy them for sure!

Great but needs a size larger

Love the material great for early season. Only complaint they are tight wish the had a 2xl size. I normally wear XL gloves but these are a little tight.

Poor Gloves

These gloves do not provide any warmth at all, and even made my hands colder. Do not recommend. Only plus is they fit well and are thin. Goof for keeping your hand in disguise but terrible warmth

Excellent mid season glove,super flexible

Excellent mid season glove, super flexible and deathly quite, great for cool mornings, my second pair, couldn’t be more pleased, thanks.

Love these! Perfect fit!!!

Just purchased. I haven’t worn

Just purchased. I haven’t worn in the field yet. The quality seems great. I purchased to go under stratus gloves and for everyday (cold weather) wear. Great and nice design.

Lost and found. Lost these

Lost and found. Lost these two elk seasons ago while packing out. Found one last year while hunting same area and just found the other during shed season. Despite some weathering and being covered in elk dung they are ready for another season!

The stitching is terrible on

The stitching is terrible on these gloves. I took them out of packaging. While trying them on I noticed stitching pulling through the different parts of fabric that make-up the glove. It’s definitely something easily fixed but makes me wonder if I need to check all stitch work on every Sitka piece of gear. They feel and fit well but I can’t trust them to last long. I’ll probably have to be ready to make field repairs if I commit to owning them.

Great glove, tons of dexterity

Great glove, tons of dexterity and keeps the chill off your hands.

These gloves are comfortable, have

These gloves are comfortable, have great flexibility, easy to use zippers, phone, and reload shot gun. I have only wore mine once, so I am hoping I don’t have the same issues that I have read about the durability of the seams.

I have these gloves in

I have these gloves in all colors and I am very satisfied! When a new color appeared - black, I immediately wanted to buy them. How upset I was when I received these new gloves... I'm in size L, but the new gloves don't fit the old sizes! Changed the manufacturer and got a bad result, SITKA is very bad for you! I had to give the gloves to my wife, and ordered myself again but a size larger. Be careful when ordering this item.
