Excellent “hoodie”. With just a t shirt underneath it kept me warm with the temps getting to 40. You could stretch this into the 30’s with proper layering.

Decent Jacket (hoodie)

Full zip hoodie is pretty much a jacket. It’s quiet and works good early season. Pretty bulky to pack and for the bulk it isn’t as warm as you think it would be.

Amazing piece of gear

The new Traverse Hoody is a fantastic piece of gear. I already own the Traverse quarter zip but when temps dropped I had to add more layers. The new Traverse Hoody with extra layer of warmth built in is a game changer on those cold days hunting whitetail deer in the upper Midwest!

Great for Muscular Guys

I’m 5’10 about 195lbs and I’m muscular and my arms, chest, legs, and back are big. My waist is small around 30” and this hoodie fits perfect with room on my arms for layering but not to much where I’m puffy looking or feeling. I’m wearing an XL and wear that with all my tops for hunting. No more puffy bottom issues for us large boys!

The Traverse Hoodie is a solid mid season option that can easily be dressed up or down for that awkward inbetween of cooler mornings and evenings and warmer in the afternoon. Fits very true to size and always find myself reaching for it around this time of year.

Pretty decent

Overall it is a great hoodie. It keeps me warm and it’s pretty lightweight. The only issue I faced was that the hood shape seemed to be fit for a different shaped head. It covers my eyes perfectly. I can just fold it up a little and it works fine that way.

Warm but breathes.

Kept me warm in morning and when sun came out and it got warm I started sweating thinking I would have stop and take it off. However after a steep climb through the woods I never got the head pounding over heat you would usually experience. I got warm and felt like I was going to over heat but the fleece material allowed my body to breathe and not overheat. Even in a steep hard terrain. Temp went from 39 deg too 60's during the 2-1/2 hour walk. I gad to hoodie up due to how thick the brush was. All that high teck lingo about material must be true. Most fleece wear will not allow you to not overheat like I experienced with the Traverse Hoodie.

The hoodie is comfortable. The pockets are nicely placed for sitting in a tree stand. The only issue is I have a hard time keeping the face mask on while the hood is not up.
