Great durable hunting jacket
The traverse is a great hunting jacket and works great for stand hunting in 25 to 50 degree days and spot and on stalk hunts in the mountains it is good down to 15 or 20 degrees. It's quiet, very flexible and vents well when I'm on the move

Another quality piece. From fanatic to borial sitka is the top of the line. The only piece i will not buy again is tge delta waders. Leaked right out of the box and Sitka didnt stand behind their product. $125 for wader repair…no thank you. Wet feet gives me something to talk to my oay customers in the blind.

I use the traverse jacket/hoodies for everything

Fit is Snug and Quality great
The Traverse line is great for stalk hunting like for Elk in the Mid-west but not so great for sitting for hours in a stand in the South East in temps below 40 degrees. Even with good base layers in temps below 40 degrees, I would get cold after an hour or two. The fit is snug so if your plan is to layer, get the next size up of everything.

I typically buy large in the Traverse hooded sweatshirts. I had to return mine for a Medium in the full zip non hooded because they fit a bit different. I would buy every color of the Traverse series because they are so comfey for a early winter jacket or all year round. I am 5'7" 164#'s.

Great everyday jacket
Very warm for a soft shell. Fit has just enough room to comfortably wear a long sleeve shirt or a vest underneath. Good stretch. I use this as a casual wear jacket but if I hunted with it I would use it for lower activity hunts. Not really designed for packing down small.

So good I bought the Hoodie too
This jacket is warm, decently thick with a Sherpa lining. Has kept me warm all throughout Waterfowl Season. On that note, it has also kept me warm throughout my day-to-day life, being comfortable and warm. It also sheds light precipitation very well. I liked this jacket so much, I had went ahead and bought the Traverse Hoodie. Basically the same thing from what I can tell, except that it comes with a hood and built-in facemask.
