Sitka purchase review

Held off for a long time because of price…. . but being a 100% disabled combat vet I set up pro account…. . and I absolutely love the pants and jacket my wife got me for Christmas. I am sold…. . just wish I could get a discount on the waders lol! Thank you guys so much for offering the discount, means more than you know to those of us fortunate enough to take advantage of it!!

Amazing pants!

Absolutely amazing! I wear these all season long; sometimes as an outer layer early season and the rest of the time over the merino base layers. They're especially useful for an extra layer of protection on the knee while saddle hunting as well. Would love to see them come out in Optifade Cover as well!

Thin material. Not as nice

Thin material. Not as nice as the mountain pant, but the mountain pant seems to nearing its end of life as there are limited sizes and camo patterns available.

Great pair of pants

These hunting pants are a perfect blend of durability and comfort, making them an essential part of any kit. Great fitting lightweight pants!

I purchased these pants to use for early season hunts and although I haven't been able to use them in the field yet, I have been able to wear them and they are extremely comfortable and a perfect fit. Love the new Cover Color and absolutely recommend these pants!

Love the fit and feel

Love the fit and feel of the traverse pant. Of the Sitka pants I own, the traverse has the best mobility, durability, and breathability in a single pant. I wear a 36 in every pair of pants I own but I wear a 38 in the traverse, seems to run a size small.

These Traverse pants are nice!

These Traverse pants are nice! The are comfortable and the material is a good weight. I hunted in them in 30 degree weather with a thin base layer and height weight base layers under them and stayed comfortably warm, however they are a little baggier than I’d like, but they work fine.

Great quality but thin

I was hoping to match these pants with the Traverse hoodie I own. Material and construction are totally different. Pants are very thin and certainly useful for early season hunts but definitely not later in the year. That said, these are high quality pants. The fit is superior and construction is top notch. They do run just a touch small compared to other Sitka pants I own in size Large.

Bought these in lead for my husband to wear to work and he loves them. The waist fits true to size but the length is too long. Would be nice if there were inseam options as well.

Comfy for many settings

If in doubt go with your smaller size. I am and always kinda an in betweener but go with your lower size. Comfortable quiet fabric that can be worn outdoors or in the office setting
