Excellent product

To be honest, I haven’t worn them in any kind of downpour, but I’ve warned them in missing rain and I was perfectly dry underneath. They are the best wearing and feeling rain pants I have owned. They are super quiet and wear like regular pants. They were closer to snug then they were baggy, which is what I would prefer. I wear 36 jeans with a little bit of belly fat and they fit well over a pair of Marino heavyweight base layer.

I purchased the Traverse Pant and have been very happy. The fit is great and the details Sitka adds are helpful. I like the reenforcement in the pocket and zip pockets. Super comfortable to wear.

Traverse pant is light/midweight, great fit, quiet, comfortable, and worth the money. Ideal for early and mid season conditions. I sized up to allow for layering to get the most use out of them throughout the season.

Great product. I bought These pants to have as an early and mid season, peace of my clothing arsenal. IThese pants to have as an early and mid season peace of my clothing arsenal. I had the matching jacket last season and these pants complement that product fantastically. They fit true to size and I have great movement in them. Like other SITKA products, they are well built, and I am a big fan of the Elevated II camo.

Awesome boat and early elk season pants

After owning a subalpine pair of these pants for about 2 years for elk hunting I bought a solid colour pair this year for casual use and they are now my go to pant for warm weather and even into the cooler days of the year

Fantastic every day pants

I got a pair of these in a solid (deep lichen) and I absolutely love these pants. I can wear them hiking through some deep woods or wear them in the office (on the business casual side of life). They are light-weight, breathable, and very comfortable. I have another pair in the lead color that I took hiking in August in Kentucky, they were soaked in sweat by mid day, but they dried so fast and wicked away everything. I never overheated. They seem to have the ability to take a pretty good beating so far and show zero signs of wear. The seams are sewn well, there is a slip resistant waist band, and all of the zippers are quiet. In the camo varieties, these pants might make a little bit of noise but otherwise would be a solid pant for the woods or in brush. I love these pants and will definitely buy more. It would be nice to see a few more solid colors though.

A good mid-weight hunting pant.

Great Pants

I bought these for a multi-day hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon from temps ranging at the top of the rim at 15 deg F to 65 deg F at Colorado River at the bottom. These were the perfect pants. My only complaint is the length was too long and there are not enough length options so I field hemmed them up myself to a better fit.

This is my third pair other two are in subalpine and marsh. Great lightweight and stretch when you need it.

Very comfortable, stretchy, lightweight pant

Very comfortable, stretchy material. It’s quit thin so only a warm weather pant. 1 back pocket, 2 front pockets, both with a reinforced bottom for knives, and cargo pockets on each leg that are standard horizontal openings, with zippers. I wish Sitka had an explanation on their website of all the different named systems, like Travers, Grinder, Dakota, etc. But then again, maybe they don’t because…while these are very thin warm weather pants, the Traverse hoodie is fleece lined and NOT a warm weather item. The Equinox Guard hoodie is most like this pair of pants. And the Equinox Guard pants are a bit thicker than this Traverse pant, with the thin grid type interior. These are quieter than Drakes turkey pants, but they do make some noise. The Equinox pants are much quieter than these. I usually wear 38 and am 6’2” so usually long versions, but the 38L in these on me were obscene, and much too long, so I had to swap for 40R, which fit well.
