Good Sitka quality however this runs extremely small. I have a large head so normal hats/toboggans fit snug or don’t fit at all but this wouldn’t even fit a normal head. Returned.

Nice beanie. Generally speaking the sizing is true, but for a 7-3/8 hat size its a bit too snug to wear all day.

This is a great cover that I keep in my Sitka work vest. It has a great fit, with no extra material and keeps my head warm.

Seems warm! Looking forward to wearing it. Didn’t realize it was blaze orange on the inside. Honestly not sure how I feel about that - both good and bad. But overall it seems to be a great beanie. A bit on the small side though for a 7 3/8 hat size.

Love this Beanie. I little bigger than the other ones I have tried, this one covers my ears and is very warm, yet light. I liked it so much I order a second one in a different color. Now I just have to keep my wife from taking it

So I grew up hunting and fishing which led me to a career as a federal wildlife biologist. Since I have spent and continue to spend the bulk of my time outdoors, I was intrigued with SITKA’s concept of “turning clothing into gear”, which in my opinion they have done. I own a lot of their speciality gear to help me enjoy my outdoor pursuits (kind of like using the right club on the golf course). I’ve been so pleased with the “gear” to hunt and fish now I’m buying from the “everyday” line for both my wife and I because of the quality, fit, and functionality. A recent purchase was the Wheatland Beanie (in starlight). It was on sale so I included it in an order. It fits both of us, (so true OSFA), is low bulk (but warm and comfortable) and can easily be stuffed in a pocket when not needed). I personally rather the appearance of these over other style beanies. Bottomline, like most Sitka gear, it’s a good combination of simple form and function, and to me is just as applicable whether I’m in the boat, working on tree stands, walking the dogs, or traveling when it’s chilly. I gave it four stars just because it takes a lot for me to give five. I can say this I will have others in the drab colors (like Earth).

Comfortable. Fits well. But not very warm if it's really cold. I think it's more for style than function. But nice looking. You don't get hot when wearing it inside for extended periods.
