Let me start by saying I bow hunt, in a tree stand, in northern Wisconsin. I am about 220 lbs and an XL fits perfect. I have purchased many expensive sets of late season gear over the past 10 years in an attempt to find gear to keep me warm. They have all failed me when I needed them the most. I have tried layering differently, tried different long underwear, tried heat packs on my back, and ALWAYS end up freezing. All day sits were not an option. I finally pulled the trigger on this set and I couldn't be more pleased! I wish I'd have saved myself several hundreds of dollars and just went with this set initially. I have set every day the last several days. Temps have been anywhere from 35 to 50 and winds have been 0 to 20mph. It's been a range of rainy to sunny. I have not been cold one time. I haven't gotten to test them below 35 yet but I am confident they will out perform any other gear I've had. I don't feel any wind in them. I still get chilly knees but I think that's going to be an issue with any set as it's always tight on your knees when you're sitting. I have only worn a set of long underwear beneath them, and that's it. Granted, I purchased a high quality set of 95% merino wool, long underwear from another expensive brand who claims their late season kit is the best. But I think Sitka's fanatic in combo with FL's furnace set is the ticket. This kit has loads of pockets for storage, the zippers and buttons are quiet, there are a ton of features that make this kit amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again or recommend it to anyone. Just do it. You won't regret it.

Always love getting new gear from Sitka. Every product is of top quality and outperforms the competition. I ordered the wrong size and exchanging it was the easiest thing. Customer service is also the best to work with. I will def continue to buy Sitka as long as I can.

Fits true to size. Some room to layer, although you won’t need it. Some of the quietest gear out there.

Very warm and nice, but zipper broke quickly

I got these bibs to wear for Ohio’s cold hunting season. They were great all week, but the zipper split due to some teeth breaking off on the fifth morning I wore them. I did some Googling and I noticed others have had this issue. I sent them back and Sitka took care of it, fixing the zipper at no cost to me. It was just a bummer because I sent them back December 7th, but I didn’t get them back repaired until February 27th. I was unfortunately without warm bibs for the entire hunting season! They now have a black zipper on them, so I am hoping that is different and more durable.

Best product EVER!

My husband bought this as a Christmas present. I dont really hunt but I am outside working our farm daily. I HATE being cold. I literally feel ZERO wind or cold wearing this gear. I also hae the jacket, hat and gator wrap. Best product EVER!! Thank you Sitka for keeping me warm and cozy!

Initially ordered these in a Large which is what my light and mid season sizes are but ended up sizing down. I probably could have kept a L in the jacket but sized down on that too and it still fit. This set is so cozy and kept me so warm in the marsh - very impressed on how quickly it dries too.

I’m 5’6 and 130 pounds, ordered the small and it fits great. Very warm and protects against the wind!

Fit was too small

I like to have a base layer and mid layer and then have room for another layer or two when it gets really cold (teens or colder) and windy. The large was too small to accommodate more than a couple layers so I returned it. If you are someone who wants to be able to have multiple layers I would definitely size up.

Bought these for the wife, they are very warm and wind proof. The only issue she had was the main zipper came apart the first use. Kinda expected a little better quality zippers for the price

Can't say enough good things about these bibs. They are WARM, soft, and QUIET. My old bibs swished with every move. These are totally silent. I also love all the pockets!!! The pockets on the thighs are so nice to hold my phone, then they have regular pockets like normal pants, and they have the nice little chest pockets to keep my hands warm if I take my coat off. They are slightly snug through the tummy area, but truly they are fine. I'm a Medium in everything I wear, and the Medium in these fits me. These are also so well-made. I know they are going to last a very long time, which really makes them a worthwhile investment. Go ahead and treat yourself. You'll be so glad you did!

These are the warmest bibs I’ve ever worn out hunting. The material is quiet so when you move it doesn’t make a sound like normal fabric does when you rub it together.

Love these bibs for the cold weather!! The material is great but I would say that the fuzzy outside makes it hard for burrs to not stick on them.

These bibs are a game changer. I hunted a couple years without them and froze every single sit. After the bibs my legs have never been cold, it keeps the wind out too! I hunt in Minnesota where the season is cold and windy, 0-15 degrees in the mornings in November, the fanatic bibs cured my freezing problem. I just wish I had bought them my first year of hunting. They are silent, no more sound when walking, and keeps supplies in pockets silent too, no more sound from water bottles, keys, hand warmer crinkling plastic, and snacks. I recommend buying a larger size as I followed the size chart and a large was a bit snug in the crotch area and the tummy when zipping up, so I traded them for the XL and now have plenty of room for under layers of clothes and moving space. I am 5 feet 6 inches, and 160pounds. The only downfall is they are not waterproof, rain will go through the bibs and sitting in the snow will get your butt wet. It works during a snow fall, and wetness doesn’t come through, but for some reason you can’t sit on snow already there on the ground without getting your bum soaked. They are so warm and cozy you have trouble staying awake while sitting in your stand. I let a couple other guy hunters try my bibs when they were cold and they both purchased the fantastic bibs after using mine. Everyone loves them. I couldn’t recommend them more! Buy them now, you will thank me later. Even though the price is crazy high, it is worth the investment.

Size Small: 5'2 and 133lbs Perfect fit

I have super short legs 36 inches long from the hip. The pants were about 6 inches longer on me which initially I worried about. However, once seated down the pants pull up to the perfect length covering my ankles to my boots. I love all the zippers especially the side zips to let out heat from the legs and the front zipper which goes all the way down making it easy to conduct the lady business. The bibs have lots of room for large hip women with a booty and thick thighs. The front adjustment loops to adjust straps are game changer in the field and quiet! I think only improvements would be I wished that the pockets were deeper so I could stuff more things in them. And instead of snaps to use magnets. But otherwise, I am in love with these.

These bibs are my most

These bibs are my most prized piece of clothing in my closet (when they make it there).I literally wear these 2/3 of the year and use them for everything. We do bird hunt with the dogs, but primarily my gear is used while I’m outside and working with and riding horses. It is durable in all the right places, the legs are long enough for riding, but also don’t drag, they are quiet and I can move effortlessly while staying warm with minimal layers. Believe it or not, I’m not the only one who shows up at barrel races with Sitka gear on either. You all have a whole additional market of outdoors people.

Really nice bibs. They definitely keep me nice a toasty and I'm glad they have a ton of pockets unlike my downpour pants. I'm 5'2 and 155lbs and originally ordered a medium but they were insanely long (probably about 6in too long, which despite being short, I usually don't struggle with pants being THAT much too long on me), so I opted to exchange for a small. The smalls are obviously more snug but I still can fit my lightweight crew neck and fanatic hoodie underneath. I do still roll them up a tiny bit but it works for me.
