Very impressed with the feel and quietness of the pants. Have another "high quality" brand of gear and I think I will like these better! Can't wait to try them in the field!
Do not buy this if you have a head larger than a teenagers. I generally have a SnapBack style hat with four unused adjustments and I couldn’t even get this over my head to sit on my ears with it fully loosened.
These socks work great. I wear them with my cowboy boots, red wings, and hunting boots.
I’ve tried other brands and they always end up falling down around my calves, but these do not.
Calf measurement is: 18”
These are the best flip flops I’ve owned. Very comfortable, non slip grip. Great for the boat and putting the boat on the trailer. Highly recommend, my wife steals them all the time.
Have not used the jacket yet due to our summer weather.
Very comfortable. I really like the Velcro strap to hold the rolled up hood when not in use.
The jacket seems a little bigger than my other XL coats from Sitka.
These are the best mid weight socks I have found so far after trying a number of the other upper end brands. They have almost a compression feel and stay in place with no sliding down. I haven't worn them long enough to make a judgement on how they will wear though they appear well built and if they follow my other Sitka gear they should last many seasons.
I have had it for a year now and it always seems to fall off. The buckle clip is not secure and will come undone when my dog is either running around playing, retrieving a duck or going through sticks and twigs in the woods.
Normally Sitka hits home runs, but not this time. While this new product is light and breathable which in nice for Florida, it is almost see through. I can't image these pants lasting very long. Also, the Metal Grey Heather is a weird shade of green vice grey. I bought these because I could not find the standard Mesa Woodsmoke pants in stock. I sure hope that the Mesa Air is not replacing the standard Mesa, because that would be a huge mistake. Mesa was my goto for everyday pants, but I definitely will not be buying anymore Mesa Airs!
Wore these pants as a base layer below an outer rain pant while fishing and spring black bear hunting in Alaska. Average daily temps were in the 40s to 50s and my legs did not get cold the whole time. Along with keeping me warm they were very comfortable to wear all day long while hiking through the mountains, fishing on the boat, or glassing side hills for several hours. I was very satisfied with the quality and performance of this product.
Would not buy for an everyday work book. Have had them for one week and the foam on the nose of the boot is already separating from the leather. Very comfortable though just not made to last.
