The original pair of boots
The original pair of boots that I ordered was lost by UPS. So when I called Customer Service, they had no issues immediately got onto the tracking and agreed with what was going on no hassle! And sent me out a new pair of boots. I received the new pair and I absolutely love them. They’re very comfortable. It’s like wearing a pair of slippers hunting!

I received this as a
I received this as a replacement for 1 that I bought 3-4 years ago. Always like it because of the very light weight for early in the season. The original wound up with thread pulls all over(mostly arms) from snags. Did a warranty request, and they sent me a new one. The only cost to me was for shipping it in to be checked out. I couldn't be happier with how things were handled!

So far very pleased with the product and service. Have not had to return anything for repair or exchange so can’t really comment on that process. I would suggest that it would be helpful for reviewers to have to state the size they purchased and if they thought it was true to size based on their bodily dimensions.
