Great lightweight jacket that works perfect when you need less warmth than a Jet Stream. A rainy morning in New Mexico yesterday was a perfect test for it as I laid waiting on a pronghorn to clear his does and make his last mistake.

I have yet to have the opportunity to use these in inclement weather but I am very happy with the weight and fit of the jacket! I bought true to size and they fit over my warming layers and thicker jackets. Knowing Sitkas quality I am confident these are going to save me when the storm finally catches me in the backcountry.

Traverse hoodie

I think it is a great hoodie, true to size. I had people tell me that it will run small, this isn’t true for the traverse hoodie. I would recommend.

Best wader pant on the market

These pants are a game changer. There are not many pieces of hunting apparel that you can say are indispensable, but these Pants are. The start they are more than just a wader pant. They will be one your favorite pants to lounge in during the winter. The foot loop makes these a must have. I have wader pants from Drake, and Banded as well but the Sitka pants are far superior. The fleece is higher quality, softer and better at insulation. The attached quick snap belt makes them perfect and always the perfect fit. Now for the big one for me. I am a guide and run 40-55 body booting trips a season. This requires me to be standing in up to chest deep water for hours at a time with many of those hints being at or near freezing temps and iced up. At some point my waders will eventually leak and these pants will keep my warm all day even when wet with uninsulated waders. They keep the heat and one of my must have pieces of gear that you will never find me without standing for 5 hours in 35 degree water. I had the first generation version and also the current ones. I only wish they had kept the leg pocket on the new ones as that pocket was very handy. Now they have just your typical R and L pants type pockets.

This piece accomplishes its intended purpose flawlessly. It provides concealment while ensuring comfort, eliminating the need to worry about ticks and mosquitoes. I highly recommend it.

Shoes were extremely noisy, I

Shoes were extremely noisy, I wanted to like them but I couldn't wear them during hunting seasons as it sounded like I was walking in flip flops, hopefully they quiet down if they get worn in more.

The jacket didn’t fit properly and was not true to size. It also didn’t look like it was advertised online, so I was disappointed with the purchase.

Ascent Pant

True to size. Im 5-9" and these are finally long enough to feel comfortable. They are a slip on style which is a plus and not having to deal with zippers. The waist band is so soft and overall the fabric is durable. They dry quickly and are my new go to pant for warm Sept. Days. Thank you Sitka for making this pant, Im going to buy every color available.

Very good pants. Comfortable, quiet and the fit is good. They have enough stretch and feel very good for hunting and walking in the woods. I’m very happy with them.

These shorts are great. Very lightweight, comfortable and breathable. The fit is good and they have enough stretch to move around without feeling tight. Perfect for hot weather. I liked them enough to keep them and would definitely buy another pair.

Great product, but too short

Great lightweight merino base layer. Very comfortable, soft and breathable. The overall size was good, but for me it was about 2 inches too short at the waist. I already returned a few SITKA tops for the same reason. If SITKA made these about 2 inches longer, the fit would be perfect for me. I’m 5'11", 215 lbs.

True fit and quality product!

Exceptional warmth and durability The Sitka Duck Oven LT Hoodie fits true to size and has quickly become one of my go-to pieces for chilly morning and evening sits. It’s incredibly warm, durable, and versatile enough to wear as part of a layering system or as an outer layer depending on the conditions. I’ve already had the opportunity to put it through some real-world conditions. I was caught in light rain while sitting in a tree stand, and even with the wind howling between 10–15 mph and temperatures around 42°F, the Duck Oven kept me warm and comfortable. It handled the conditions better just as I expected. What continues to amaze me about Sitka is the quality of their products and how well they hold up when you actually put them through extreme conditions. The Duck Oven is no exception. It’s warm without feeling overly bulky, tough enough for the field, and versatile enough that I can see myself wearing it throughout the entire season. Another excellent piece from Sitka. I’m extremely impressed with it so far and expect it to be a staple in my hunting system for years to come.

Comfortable shoes and fit well for the first day

The back of the shoe is designed very poorly and the heel collapsed quickly. I make sure to unlace when putting my shoes on and not just slide into them but the heel collapsed and they’re unwearable now. Consider a redesign on the back. Will switch back to my Keens

Brush pants redesign

Love the pants kept me dry but the zipper vents in the butt area kept unzipping different design on those zippers would be awesome

Returned after trying them on once. I ordered these and the new Brush pants from Sitka. The timberline pants felt cheap in comparison to the Brush pants. Knee pads felt awkward. I ordered knee pads for the Brush pants and those feel a lot better. Fit was tighter than the Brush pants as well.

Bye bye, bugs!

I’m a 61 year old North Dakota resident. I have an insect infested shelter belt at my farm and have always fought hordes of ticks, mosquitoes and biting flies. Until this year, I used DEET sprays, and usually several applications per day. I tried these and not only did I get to skip the oily, sticky, repeated sprays, but I got far fewer bites. I cannot say enough good about being smart with clothing. I just wish I’d learned it at 59 instead of 61! Buy these and don’t flinch at the price. You’d spend more on bug spray to get less protection. And leaving the bug spray sticky feeling behind is icing on the cake. Trust me on this.

I want nothing to do with the mosquitoes, biting flies and ticks that make summers in my ND shelter belts miserable. At 61, I had a very long history of using sticky, oily and smelly bug sprays, and was very happy to find these. Over the course of many days in my bug infested ND shelter belts, I had only a couple bites and one tick hitched a ride with me. That can only be described as a profound improvement—I never got protection like that from many applications of bug spray. I much prefer clothing to bug spray as bug defense, and the fact that it’s more effective is fantastic!

Got these as a warranty replacement for my thunderhead pants they aren't even close to thunderhead pants alot lounder which is disappointing quality of pants to be determined
