Sitka sick

Im pretty pleased with them. They are definitely cooler than regular socks also built pretty stout. Im finding myself wearing them with my work boots alot because of how much cooler they are.

Packable and waterproof. Put to the test in the Florida Keys during some intense rain storms. Cuffs allowed some water in the sleeves when fishing but that is normal for any raincoat without a gasket style cuff.

The Neck Gaiter is very warm. Sitting in 20 degree weather with 20 mph winds it kept me warm.

Dakota Pant

Love these pants. Very durable. I’m 5’9” so it would be nice if Sitka made pants in a 30” length. Hate spending the time and extra money getting these hemmed and tapered.

Amazing

Love these pants have 6-7 pairs i outfit for a living and im also a habitat manager. Ive spilled oil/gas/blood you name it and the stains always come out. They also work great in forest fires!! they do run a little big but just order a size or 2 smaller and your good!!

I bought this for my son. He refuses to wear a winter coat…in Minnesota. He loves it and most importantly, he will wear it. This is not your typical hoodie. He’ll stay warm wearing this to school and for short ventures outside, even in below zero temps. As expected, this is another solid Sitka product.

Runs a bit long

Wrinkles easy, seems durable. Comfortable.

Reasonably comfy

Wish the uppers weren’t rubber but they are comfy, a little bulky for being only 800 gram.

Poor fit and color

I ordered Optifade elevated and the color looks more like Optifade cover…poor fit. I wear a size 10 in everything Sitka footwear but had to return for an 11 and they still run small and the fabric inbetween my toes is ungodly uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend these.

Great Pant, the Large was a little big for me, purchased a Medium and really like the pant on those windy days. Very comfortable.

Weird pocket, great pant

Material on these pants is nice and works great in hot weather. Comfortable and cools quickly. Weird placement of the pocket on the left leg? It’s on the BACK of the leg so you sit on anything you put in that pocket? The pocket is odd shaped so anything heavier than a piece of paper then swings when you walk. If they would move the pocket to the thigh area like most pants, these would be perfect pants.

Nice material. . . zippers a little loud but if you are trying to use the zippers when a turkey is that close then you didn't prepare very well lol. . . now on to my only negative. . . the seat if very thin and not super comfortable. . . but on the up side it is very very light and I guess if you only planned on sitting for 10 15 minutes it might be ok. . . . its better then nothing I guess. . . but I use a custom seat so it was a non issue for me. . . over all its a good product especially for long hikes up the mountain
