The Merino Hoodie I ordered was excellent however ordering and shipping were subpar…. I had to call to get the order to go through because your website did like that I had a Canadian billing address and US shipping address…This usually isn’t a problem with other companies, but you customer service rep that helped me out was very good. Also the company you shipped with kept sending me notifications that I should expect to get delivery on my order and it came days later, it wasn’t even close… Overall though I am happy, great product and with the sale a great price
