I recently received my Stratus

I recently received my Stratus vest 2. 0. It fits perfectly and I’m anxiously waiting to use it this fall. Like all my Sitka gear, this vest is well made. If you’re on the fence about purchasing, like the saying goes, just do it! Just remember that quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.

Runs very small.

5’9” 165lbs. I wear a 31 typically. Length was good. Ordered a 32 and could barely button it. without anything layers under it even. Ended up finding a mens cadence pant in a 36 at a store. It’s lose, but my hips keep it up just fine and I can comfortably wear a base layer under these. Length is also perfect for all you long legged friends. Material is nice. Not water resistant but is pretty silent. .

Warm but loud

The wind and water resistance are great. Had some very cold, windy, rainy, snowy days in northern MN this April. Kept me warm and dry. The adjustable hood is great. This isn’t a silent jacket however! Stealth is hard to achieve, but I’m warm!

This is an incredible jacket to keep you warm in the stand with no extra bulk. -30 in Northern Saskatchewan layered perfectly for all day sits. Xxl

The alpha line is very warm. I hunted with a 330 and this over the top in -10. Never got cold. True to size!! Xxl

Very tight, feels like it’s going to tear and rip if you stretch it. Better off going with a different brand.

Well made, quality tee that is super comfortable.

It’s just not as well made as it used to be. I have the original one. This one is huge and isn’t as good.

I have a pair of the original ones. Those are great. The fabric and fit is quite different. They’re much hotter and less flexible. Quality feels much lesser. Pockets are different too and less functional. I would not buy again.

Comfortable waterproof boot

I got a pair of these for my son and myself. They look good with jeans and pants. I love not having to lace them up. I wanted a shoe to walk through a few inches of snow and not get my socks wet. You can never go wrong with Gortex waterproof gear.

You get what you pay for…

Are there cheaper options ? Yes. But they just dont compare to the quality that company produces. Great hunting apparel.

Perfect shooting glove

Just right for shooting, glove fits true to size and fits inside trigger guard. Can also retrieve shells from pocket and load. Gloves are perfect for feeling safety also. Stay warm enough on their own and fit in pockets when it gets colder. These are a perfect addition to my gear!
