I sent in my Kelvin

I sent in my Kelvin Down WS Hoody. Which was water proof and told them it just needed a zipper and to not discard it. Loved the coat. They chucked the coat. Tried finding me matches twice. Neither has lived up to my previous coats criteria. Let alone the bag that lets you compress it down for packing. Pretty disatiified.
