We stand behind every product we make. If you are unhappy with any of our products at the time you receive them, please send them back. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable cost.
Maintenance Repair Process
While SITKA Gear is built to be tough, it is not invincible. It will be put to the test, encountering limbs, barb wire, rocks and other conditions that may harm or damage the gear. We will try to repair damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as L-Shaped Tears or Punctures at a reasonable cost.
By law, garments sent in for Warranty or Repair must be CLEAN; you must wash used garments before mailing. Dirty garments will be returned without a resolution of your return.

What You Can Expect
Free Return Shipping
All warranties receive a pre-paid label from FedEx within 1 to 2 business days. Canadian residents won't be required to ship product back unless that product is waders.
Due to COVID-19 repairs currently could take between 6 to 8 weeks or longer depending on damage. Expedite options may be available so feel free to call us to discuss. If a replacement is warranted, turnaround time can be as short as a few days from the time we receive the item.
For Maintenance Repairs
Our process will help you identify a defect versus normal wear and tear. We will contact you to discuss the damage/cost and will only begin working on it after you have approved.
