After years of designing clothing systems that protect in extreme conditions, we turned our attention to the sleeping bag as your final layer of mobile warmth. Viewed as an extension of your clothing system, this bag does a lot more than sleep.
Contoured shoulders and hood as well as zippered armholes provide functional wearability.
A stowed hook at bottom of bag connects footbox to midlength interior loop which shortens the bag for walking around camp.
Lightweight, synthetic insulation maintains warmth even when wet. Durable water repellent finish prevents face fabric from wetting out.
Kelvin Aerolite 30 Sleeping Bag
“Building a system is not something you do as much it’s a way you think.”
- John Barklow, SITKA Big Game Product Manager
We took experience and insights designing clothing systems and applied that knowledge to the sleeping bag, turning something you typically use just for sleep into a multifunctional tool for backcountry use.
This bag is designed to be an extension of your SITKA clothing system for full-season performance. As temperatures dip below freezing, stack additional layers under your bag to extend the comfort rating.
