We stand behind every product we make. If you are unhappy with any of our products at the time you receive them, please send them back. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable cost.
While SITKA Gear is built to be tough, it is not invincible. Hunting is hard on gear, and we know our customers will put our products to the test, encountering limbs, barb wire, rocks and other conditions that may harm or damage the gear. We will try to repair damage caused by normal wear and tear such as L-Shaped Tears or Punctures at a reasonable cost.
By law, garments sent in for Warranty or Repair must be CLEAN; you must wash used garments before mailing. Dirty garments will be returned without a resolution of your return. On Repairs, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time from date received for a Warranty Repair is currently 4 to 5 weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. Warranties can be expedited but please call our Customer Service Team to facilitate.
