Sad they didn’t have elevated 2 but was a great hoodie. Wore it for a week in remote Alberta. Stood up to heavy brush better then I expected. A tough outer material great for bushwhacking and doing chores while warm and breathable. Highly recommend as a mid day warm hoodie and great to layer over top of. Not as stetchy as I expected but that’s the cost of durability. I got a large talk and it fit snug but great over a base layer

I went with the alpha fleece hoodie over the duck oven hoodie just because they had it in my size. Pretty sure I’ll wear the alpha all season. I’ll probably get the duck oven too. You can’t go wrong with these.

Got the hoodie in optifade and zip version on solid, new favorite for sure. Arm length is perfect, not short.

Bought for a fishing trip, awesome piece of gear. Perfect for the morning boat ride. Would highly recommend this item as its windproof and comfortable.

Camouflage for the Produce Aisle

Lightweight, warm, and stupidly comfortable. It layers under a shell without feeling like you’re wearing a life jacket, but it’s also good enough to wear on its own when you’re glassing on a cool morning. The camo’s nice if you’re actually hunting, but if you’re just running errands in town you’ll look like you’re about to stalk the produce aisle. Only downside: once you put it on, you’ll probably end up wearing it everywhere

I have a lot of Sitka gear and this is definitely one of my favorite jackets yet. Size and fit is great and it is just one of those jackets that you can wear for almost anything.

Just picked this up before goose opener on Sept. 1st, wore it the first three days we hunted. Absolutely, awesome hoodie time and time again buy this gear and don't regret a penny spent. Did a size large and it is perfect before dawn into early afternoon

I love my new Alpha Fleece Hoodie. It fits good, and seems very warm. I have only tried it on because its still very warm out but cant wait to wear it this fall and winter.

Awesome hoodie

Definitely will be added to my layering arsenal. Comparable to the heavyweight/Grinder hoodie but the fit, for me, is closer to the actual size and it still has DWR to help shed light rain. Love the lower hand pockets which weren’t on the heavyweight/Grinder. You won’t regret getting one

Nice hoodie. Fabric blocs wind very well. Needs large chest pocket for phones. Velcro at the wrists or other. Hood goes over cap well. Fit is tight in the chest, baggy in the arms. Almost a next to skin chest fit. At best a SS or LS next to skin shirt fits under it. Bought Medium size

I love it. It works as advertised it kept me warm and i like that its water resistant and I think I might get some more gear.

Almost there

As with most gear makers rarely take the effort to scale up for us Sasquatches. You know the guys who haven’t worn an L since public school and are always asked if they were a linebacker. Material and warmth you nailed it! Layout, pockets and the neck zipper perfect! Armpits are tight boys, as is the hood because your designers never seem to get that XXL isn’t just scaling up a medium! The more tapered fit though the gut is awesome, most Sasquatch’s aren’t carrying a gut like Homer Simpson.

Not a fan, could have

Not a fan, could have been sweet. The cuffs are terrible, should have incorporated something like the aerolite has going on, or a tighter forearm all together. Don’t care for the hood fit either. Would have preferred something tighter or a draw string system like the jet stream. Should have implemented something similar on the waist as well. Sleeves are a little long too, which wouldn’t be an issue if the cuff didn’t suck!!!

Game changing piece. Used on cool spring turkey mornings and in Africa in the winter months. Easy on and off, extremely packable and lightweight. Exceeded my expectations definitely recommend.

Great horror but loud.

5 stars if I didn’t buy it in subalpine for archery hunting. The alpha hoodie is loud. It would be a great casual or waterfowl hoodie.
