The vest runs small. I am 6’ 175 lbs. I ordered a large and it fit very snug. The return process was pretty simple and I have an XL on the way. I wish Sitka had better help with sizing on the website. I would suggest including what size the model is wearing and his height and weight. The vest looked cool though and I’m excited to receive my xl.

This vest is lightweight and yet very warm. I got it in black for every day use. Morning starting in the 50s and warm up to the upper 70s and I can comfortably wear it most all day long. It breeze very well yet keeps me warm in the chill of the morning. It is live as a feather too and a good looking vest. Probably need to get one of these in camo to hunt with. Would I bite it again, heck yes!

My favorite piece of gear. Not my only piece. Spend September in public land Elk country and the rest of the time in South Georgia. I wear it often and pack it always! Never without. Vest is light, soft and quiet. You can feel warmth when trying it on. I’m 5’11 210 and XL fit snug especially at arm holes. Could fit a heavy base layer under it. If you want multiple layers under neath definitely size up.

Exceptional best, very thin but keeps wind out. Got a large and is a little snug, I am 5’ 7”, 185, zipper is hard to use. Hopefully will loosen up after use. Probably should have ordered a XL. Well made and looks good.

Awesome vest for layering. Super thin and lightweight, you can easily throw this in your pack and not notice a difference. I was honestly surprised at the added warmth. I threw this on over a core merino 330 and a fanatic jacket on top for whitetail rifle season in PA with temps in high 20s low 30s and I was comfortable. Fanatic bibs were also on which do add some core warmth but regardless this thing is perfect. I’m not a stalking type hunter but I can see this being great while active since it does breathe when you need it to. Top notch as expected from Sitka as always.

If you’re looking to avoid the inevitable sweat fest during high output activity in the mild cold this is a key piece. This with a nice long sleeve base (my favorite is the Sitka merino armor spun) and a pair of light gloves keeps me super comfortable. I just adjust my pace accordingly to keep the sweat at bay.
