Apex Pack Reviews

New Pack

Love the Apex pack. Been looking at it for a while and finally decided to move forward with a purchase. Happy I did

Love this pack. Not to

Love this pack. Not to big and bulky for day hunts

Very good thing

I like Sitka and all products

Well thought out. Perfect pack

Well thought out. Perfect pack for bear guiding this season in beautiful North Minnesota.

Great quality and fit

Zippers and material is what I’ve come to expect from Sitka, top notch! Fits perfectly.

Day pack

So far, it's been a great pack. I've only used it for a Turkey blind hunt so far, but it seems to have plenty of room and I can't wait to use it for all day bow stand sits

best bag for the money

This bag is perfect for the one day hike in and out of the deer woods. small light and sturdy.

Awesome Pack

Love this pack, holds everything for a day hunt in the back country.

Day pack

High quality construction. Large firm pads in back and waist belt for comfortable, stable support. Bought for use as a day pack for hiking.

Great pack for huntring - holds alot of gear

I would recommend to a hunter who takes out a lot of gear for their hunt.

Apex Pack

Perfect size for a quick day trip or large enough to keep items for numerous day sits. Very durable and great for attaching accessories.

Extremely Versatile Day Pack

My Apex pack is my go too for everything from shed hunting, turkey season, tree stand work, day hikes, deer and bear hunting, fishing outings, etc. Although it is form fitting with a smaller top to allow for good maneuverability in the woods (ducking under branches and squeezing between trees), it has more than ample room to organize and carry all of my gear for any type of day trip.

Great pack!

I purchased this pack for a quick grab and go pack! Works great and has plenty of storage for the quick morning and evening hunts!

Excellent day pack

For my rifle and archery season yhis has made a difference for me. Shoulder straps and waist belt are in best place for bow and rifle. Has helped me be more mobile and on target.

Excellent hunting or hiking pack

By far my favorite pack. Substantial without being heavy and great quality construction. I will get many years of use out of this pack.

Amazing bag

I have been using the Apex bag for the last few weeks and it works great. It’s light and able to carry all my gear for a day hunt.

Just OK

Nice pack and well made. Lacks some organization features I was expecting. I returned the pack.

Bag for the backwoods

I’ve got lots of bags, spent a lot of time in the woods and I gotta tell you for an archery hunt and even overnight trip this bag right here is the perfect size. Lots of straps, lots of storage, easy access pockets, lightweight, comfortable, and can stand a beating. I was worried about pulling my bow back with it, but it’s got a pretty sleek design that stayed clear my bow. I highly recommend.

Awesome Day Pack!

Love this pack so far! Perfect size for a sturdy day pack with tons of storage options!

Pack

The pack is very durable and quiet, I would recommend to any hunter needing a very good day pack.

Amazing back pac

Just the only thing is that. It is not water resistant

Quiet, comfortable day pack

Extremely light , well built, comfortable. Love the quiet zippers and number of pockets also a great bow hunting day pack, nice and quiet! Highly recommend.

This pack is awesome. The

This pack is awesome. The cable loop works great for hands free carry of a bow. Just put your stabilizer through the loop and tie a short piece of 550 chord to the opposite shoulder strap with a knot in the end to hook between your bow string and cam. The only improvement I would suggest is a carry handle at the top.

Apex Pack

Fantastic material and comfort. Don't like that there is no frame or support, and so the soft material has no structure so pockets, zippers, items stored are harder to get to and find. got the padding and straps and quiet soft material correct, but I would like more strategic compartments for gear and structure to be able to look into the pockets and find gear more easily.

Apex pack

love the pac , could use a hanging loop at the top

Sitka Apex

Purchase this pack for Treestand hunting black bears and western hunting mulies. Looks like it will be perfect.

Really like this pack. It

Really like this pack. It is quiet and well organized and has the right room for a day pack when stalking game close up. I plan to use it for archery season this year and as a companion pack for my mountain hauler 4000. Plan will be to throw this on the outside of my mountain hauler 4000 and hike in (it is very light) - then drop the mountain hauler 4000 and use this as a day pack. Finding it useful when I have to go with the family on day outings to put jackets, water, food, and misc. items in as well.

Apex Pack

Great day pack, really appreciate the design.

stealthy

this bag is insanely light, i would say with the storage space and frame this bag would be considered a large day pack in my opinion. i have hiked 10 miles with it on so far and have had no issues. plenty of adjustability in the straps as well.

Have yet to use it

Have yet to use it on a hunt but my initial thoughts are good. Built well and it’s very easy to get sized up. Only downside is the lack of smaller individual pockets in the main compartment. It would be nice to have the options to keep smaller items separated.

Ergonomic and comfortable.

Haven’t had it out on a hunt yet, but used it for some hiking and shed hunting. It’s comfortable and has pockets in all the right places to stash gear, and compatible for my platypus hydration bladder, I can tell it’ll be a great day pack for hunting. Nice brushed face on the fabric makes it super quiet as well. Highly recommend as a day pack for all hunts, turkey, elk, whitetail, etc!

Apex pack

Great pack so far

Better than expected!

Some reviews complain about the zippers, shouldn't need another pack for quite some time. Love it!

Apex pack

Perfect for spring gobblers

Love it

Good fit, plenty of room for everything, super Lite weight. Great product.

Great day pack. It fits

Great day pack. It fits extremely well and sit securely up high on your back. It does however get a bit hot during long treks. I'd say other packs do better in the heat, but for storage and functionality, this bag is amazing.

Great bag

Looks great! Fits great! Very comfortable to wear and have all your gear in it.

Backpack

Great pack with plenty of room.

Great fitting pack

Great fitting pack

Perfect !! Exactly what I

Perfect !! Exactly what I was looking for and better than I even expected !

The day pack i've been looking for

Light, comfortable, and has everything I need for all my day trips. Bladder compartment, extra storage everywhere, straps to toss on some elk sheds, belt and shoulder retention straps, and the bow wire holders are a game changer when stalking. Just buy it.

Best hunting daypack

Bought this to replace my old hunting pack I've been using for the past 20 years. The Apex pack is incredibly comfortable, quiet, and useful. Great internal frame and belt and chest straps keep the weight distributed evenly. I feel no shoulder fatigue using it, my arms have full range of movement and don't bump into the pack, and I enjoy the waistbelt pockets that keep items like my rangefinder and gloves handy without having to take my pack off. I highly recommend and wish I had bought it years earlier. Worth every penny.
