Love them!

I don’t own a bunch of Sitka gear. Too pricey for my blood. But I got a chance to buy some clearance gear at a discount and went with these. I absolutely love them. They are the most comfortable pant I’ve probably ever worn. Hug and give in all the right places. The material feels good. Next time I’m in the market for some pants I can’t really afford, but am going to buy anyway. I’ll be back for more lol.

I am happy with my Ascent pants but like all Sitka clothing, i find they run small for a full figured guy like me. I wish you had a "Full Figure" option as i know you cater to lots of young skinny guys! :-)

Premium quality comfortable and durable

I'm commercial mushroom hunter. Each mushroom requires kneeling and cutting. These pants hold up, keep me dry, ward off dirt, look sharp, and have excellent zipper closures. You get what you pay for here. Well worth the extra money. KUIU pants wore out in no time. Sitka Accent here stays with me day after day.

Fits good, super light

Bought a pair in solid to use for scouting, 3D and early season hunting. So far they seem awesome even wore them hiking in the snow with proper layering underneath. Will probably be a go to for summer early fall when I’m not using the equinox guard for ticks.

Purchased another pair…..

I think these pants are the best thing since sliced bread. Super lightweight and breathable, but tough as nails. I want to see more solid colors please. For every day use ofcourse. I got the size 40 and I’m 5’11” at 230lbs That’s right at the top of their offering on waist sizes. That concerns me cause if I slow down and gain weight, I won’t be able to purchase them anymore……….scary thoughts right there now. You will love them.

Light and fast

Living in Arizona, I really appreciate this pant. With temps during hunting season sometimes hovering around 90-100 degrees, the Ascent pant is perfect for going light and fast. Fit is good as is the mobility the pant offers.

Lightweight hunting

These are a great pant for hunting warmer climates where you need movement and comfort over warmth. Probably best to stay out of heavy sharp brush with these pants. I did tear a small hole in my pants hiking through think manzanita brush - but that would have torn a majority of hunting pants.

Exactly what I wanted, just a bit loud

Form and fit was perfect. Wanted something very lightweight for early season scouting and this was what I was looking for. Plenty of stretch to accommodate large movements and holds up to scrapes and scratches from the brush. Only thing I didn't like the noise. Although not excessive, it was definitely louder than the mountain pant and I wouldn't wear them on a hot early season hunt.

I worn these in western Colorado for all of archery as well as 1st and 2nd elk rifle season. They are a must have. I worn them in temps in the 80s down to the 40s with the heavyweight bottoms underneath.

Great early season pants

These pants are great for early season whitetail hunts when the temps are in the 70's and also good for fast paced hunts with heavy walking/rucking. Durable and stretchy, they offer a good amount of comfort. Very thin and breathable which is great for early season but they definitely get retired when temps drop below 60.

Best early season archery elk pants
