I am 32" waist and it's a little tight, but wearable. Size up if wearing long underwear. I didn't like not having a back pocket at first, but the side pockets work. Material is light weight, but durable. Good warm weather pant.

I bought the pants in green to wear for casual wear, not for hunting. These pants have no rear pockets, which I do not like in my casual pants. In true hunting pants I can do without the rear pockets, but in my casual pants I want the rear pockets. So, I returned the pants. Having said that, the pants fit well and the other features of the pants were appealing.

I usually wear size 34 but had to go up to 36 for the ascent pant. Not a lot of give or elastic in the waist but well made. I like the tapered fit in the legs better than the traverse pants which were like two parachutes around my skinny legs.

These pants work great when I’m walking in or hanging in a saddle. The design is well thought out - for example - coming in tight around the ankle makes fitting into rubber boots easy as well as slipping into bibs if I need to on cold days. I’ve also walked through very intense brush and they hold up great

I hunt middle GA and Bow season is warm. And when bow season ends it doesn’t mean the warm weather is gone. These pants are great for warm weather hunts. Fabric is light but super tough. I’ve walked through briars over my hips and these pants don’t get any lil snags in them. I would recommend and I will be getting another pair for myself. These pants fit true to size with a slim cut feel. I’m 6 ft, 240lbs. Went with 38s.

These are my early season go to pants in Alaska and my second pair! Love the fit and functionality. Work well in early to mid season 50-60 degrees without base layer. Cooler temps I add Sitka light weight merino bottoms. The fabric does not bind.

If you're looking for a lightweight pant that you can wear under your outer layers this is it. I wear these hiking to the tree stand and they got damp because it was raining once I made it to the stand I put the aerolite bibs on and they dried underneath of the bibs.

I will be buying a pair in every color! Just don’t release rainbow. Early September archery Elk, did 30+ miles in these bad boys, trekked through heavy cover, super impressed with the durability, not a single mark or snag. In addition, I fell in a marsh up to my waist, was covered in muck. Stripped down, a buddy washed them in a nearby stream, wrung them out through back on. Pants were dry in 20 minutes. Great pants, a better friend!

waist 40 in the Timberline and mountian pant fits me well if not a bit loose. 40 waist in Ascent pant is too tight. I had to upsize to a 42 waist, fits fine. 242lbs 6'0"

The pants are fantastic. But 2 things I wish you all would do. 1st is offer pants in 30 inch inseam. Every other company does this besides you all. I’m 5’11 and yes I can get away with wearing a 32 length but I don’t like the extra baggy part that it leaves. It feels a lot better and efficient when there 30 in length. And 2nd is MORE SOLID COLORS! I understand that it’s a hunting industry but personally I feel like a lot of the industry has leaned towards solid colors for the simple fact that you can wear them to work or out and about etc.

I’m extremely happy with these pants. Hunting in AZ gets warm and these are perfect weight and super breathable. Great fit, I’ve got them in all 3 patterns. Brush and thorns just seem to bounce off, no tears yet and I’ve pushed through plenty of brush.

Got these second hand from a fella that had cut them into shorts. Like the feel, but the fit is a bit on the small size. I wear 34 in jeans, as well as my stratus (large I guess), equinox, and traverse pants.. the ascent I find are pretty tight. Maybe will look at a 36T when I buy the pants proper. Anyone else have this issue with ascent vs other Sitka pants???
