Great Light Weight Base Layer

Was looking for something that I could wear on almost every hunt as a base layer in an attempt to keep my outer layers “cleaner” longer on out of state hunts. This base layer is built well, light and fits well! It’s comfortable and once on hardly noticeable. I am curious about the longevity as it is a thinner material and if worn daily but time will tell. I plan to purchase another set to help with this. If you’re looking for an overall light base layer, do not look further. I’ve worn other brands and the quality in craftsman ship is what puts this garment at the top of the list of options.

I have only worn them around the house at this point, but it is comfortable and fits well.

No Smell

Just came back from a week elk hunt. Wore the merino wool crew top. It did its job. Helped remove moister and did not smell.

Great base layer for early season when your trying to wear minimal clothing having this base layer and a pair of light pants works perfect with early season temps

Just the right warm

When I’m not hunting or fishing, I’m snowboarding. I just got back from riding in the mountains on Japan’s’ North island and it was incredible there. I knew I wanted to get into the trees and ride away from the trails and I knew I wanted to spend all day there. For snowboarding I don’t what bulky clothes to keep me warm. This base layer and a good shell did the job of keeping me warm and letting me have all my mobility. They are a must have item now for all my snowboarding trips. They were already a mush have for those cold nights coyote hunting and those kind sits in the tree stand.

I purchased for the upcoming hunting season in 2024. I tried the bottoms on. The fit is the size I expected. I like the overall fit as well. I’m considering the next heavier bottoms for later season hunting.

Don’t itch. I’m in and out of the pickup for work and I’ve had two of these on with thin pants in below zero temps. Regulates my body temperature really well. I’ll be buying the heavy ones.

I bought both the 120

I bought both the 120 and 330 (zip off) weight's and I couldn't be any happier with them. I wear the 120 bottom's on when I walk into my stand. It is 2.5 mile walk and I wanted something thin and would allow the moisture to escape. They are very comfortably, waist size true, but a little long in length. If you're looking for something to put on and remove during you hunt, please look at the 330 removable bottom's. They are great also. Great job Sitka.

Hunting a lot of public land with a long walk. This is my go to base layer. Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable lightweight merino layer.

Very comfortable lightweight merino layer. Perfect for the early season. I find myself though, using this throughout much of the season with the appropriate layers. I definitely want to try the heavier merino versions for late season. I find that it wicks moisture quite well. Probably better than I expected. I am happy with the purchase. I bought both the bottoms and the tops. No quality issues thus far.

Just like any other item I’ve bought from Sitka it doesn’t disappoint. Pound for pound it’s the warmest most comfortable gear you will ever put on

Great new undergarment for work and hunting

I have worn this new 120 bottom for both hunting and for work in construction and I love it. I don’t get overheated when the day warms up and it does a great job of keeping me warm in the 20f to 45 f temp range

Great Product line

I bought the set of these in early fall. So far they are very good item. As a base layer in early season they have a bit of a cooling effect when you walk in once setting and add outer clothing for the evening they provide light insulation without adding bulk. You can layer them with other items in colder weather and cut down on bulk significantly.

True to there word

I wore them under my upland pants kept me warm in the cooler days and pulled the sweat off during the long walks to keep the chill off during breaks for the dogs

Like the 120 top, the

Like the 120 top, the bottom is a must have when layering and for those backcountry trips. They are light enough for packing and have enough warmth on those chilly mornings. Smell is at a minimum forsure because we all know how living out of a hunting pack for a week can be. Highly recommended
