Core Merino 120 LS Crew Reviews

The cats pajamas!

This is the warmest base layer I have ever worn. Also, you can wear it more than once without any body Oder, unlike the moisture wicking performance wear. Highly recommend and would like to get more.

Merino 120 crew

Comfy base layer, night prefer this over any silky/synthetic type feel base layer. Works well and keeps odor controlled over multiple day Backcountry hunts.

Favorite base layer

Great base layer. I wear this top 95% of the time as my base. Feels comfortable and light.

Quality Layer

As advertised dry warm and comfortable just what you would expect to get from Sitka. I am 6’4” 235 and a xl tall fit perfect

Great shirt

Wasn't very impressed when I opened the package. But then I took this shirt as an extra on a hunt and ended up wearing it all week. In the mornings as a base layer and after it warmed up by itself. Fit great.

Love it1

It’s light, but warm and works as advertised!

Perfect fit and warmth

Perfect for warm early season hunting, with an abnormally warm season this has been a great addition to my Sitka collection.

The thought of wearing wool

The thought of wearing wool next to skin used to be out of the question. This definitely changed my mind. Very comfortable.

Great Light Weight Base Layer

Was looking for something that I could wear on almost every hunt as a base layer in an attempt to keep my outer layers “cleaner” longer on out of state hunts. This base layer is built well, light and fits well! It’s comfortable and once on hardly noticeable. I am curious about the longevity as it is a thinner material and if worn daily but time will tell. I plan to purchase another set to help with this. If you’re looking for an overall light base layer, do not look further. I’ve worn other brands and the quality in craftsman ship is what puts this garment at the top of the heap.

Great shirt for early season hunting

Great overall fit amd color.

Great overall fit amd color. It is merino wool, I just dislike how it gets loose with wear. Easy to clean (hand wash). Dries quick.

Extreme Comfort and High Quality Build

Overall this is a tight knit piece of Merino. I always prefer to wear Merino base layers for mountain hunting and this shirt fits the bill perfectly. I prefer to have my baselayers fairly snug, but it fits as it should and includes finger holes as well.

Love it

I have this base for cool mornings. It’s soft and wicks well
