Awesome under shirt

Love this shirt. Wore it over and over without washing and didn’t retain odor.

Bought the ss & ls

Bought the ss & ls before an archery trip to kansas in November. Saw temps from 20 degrees all the way up to 75 degrees. Wore the 120 every day of the trip. Loved the feel next to skin and was extremely impressed with the lack of smell by the end of the week. I would sweat heavily at some point in the day and the shirts had literally no smell “to the human nose” after 8 straight days of use. Fit was a little loose right out of package, but after a quick wash and dry cycle they fit perfectly. Very happy with the performance!

Perfect base layer

I use this base layer under my Jetstream Jacket and I’m good down to 30 degrees F*. It wicks sweat away and I’ve worn it multiple days straight with no order issues.

Most comfortable shirt iv ever owned. Dried very fast, lightweight. I feel like its true to size. I normally wear XXL shirts and this one firs like normal xxl. Very breathable. Love it so much im going to be buying 3 more pairs just to wear daily as an undershirt, or just around the house.

Positive Initial Impressions

Light weight and solid fit. At 120, it seems like it is too thin as compared to higher counts for wool, but it will do just fine and it dries more quickly. I like it for working out and it is great from 60-100+ degrees for a base layer.

Sitka gear

The merino 120 is exactly what I was looking for during September elk season where the temps range from 40-80 degrees. Like everything else I’ve purchased from Sitka , the quality is there. Match this shirt and the Ascent pant, perfect.

This T-shirt is great for hunting or wearing around the house. It's very comfortable and is not itchy. I wear these from opening day until mid January for Illinois archery season. It wicks sweat and keeps your outerwear from smelling. I'm 6"1", 170lbs and wear a medium in Sitka T-shirts. Any other Sitka top I wear a large.

A staple base layer for all hunters

The Merino SS is an amazing product. I have great experience with the material and it is a staple in the kit. It wicks moisture and dries quickly without developing an odor and it comfortable throughout the entire day. It maintains its shape and does not cause any irritation. I would recommend this to any and all hunters as a baselayer in every system.

Solid base layer

After I tore up my 15+ year old ice breaker merino got torn up in the woods and my 8 yr old first light merino base layer t-shirt is starting to look like swiss cheese this one caught my eye. It's a little looser in fit than I expected (i typically wear large jackets in Sitka @ 5-9 185 "athlentic build"), but it's a looser cut. if you want a skin-tight base layer I'd size down. I do like the fit because it's more like one of my standard t-shirts and a little less hugging.

Worth it

Ive become obsessed with Merino t-shirts the last few years and pretty much have every brand I can find. I think this Sitka one may be my favorite. Love the feel and doesn't get itchy like some of the others ive tried.

Solid Tee

Soft, incredibly durable, and fast drying. I haven’t noticed any shrinkage in the washer and the merino wool allows for multi-day use without being the smelly guy. Great base layer and stand alone in the heat, nicely done Sitka.

Core Merino SS Crew

I love this shirt. I have 5 of them. They keep cool during a hot ascent up a sunny mountain and operate just as well under your base layer when that mountain turns cold and snowy. I wear them around the house all other times. Looks great, fits well. The wool cuts any odor, making washing unnecessary.

Got the hoodie first then I was hooked on the merino. Wear this shirt hunting and around camp. Only thing is I wish they had camp on this shirt
