Nice and warm

Best base I've ever owned
Very comfortable. Very warm for the weight/bulk. Can wear only this upper while hiking down to about 30 degrees. Throw on a coat when stopped. This and the jetstream are all I need for active hunts with short glassing periods. For long glassing periods I add one more layer. 6'3" 270lbs. 2XL is slightly baggy. Runs larger than other sitka products IMO.

Good base layer, super comfortable. My only complaint is it doesn't come in tall sizes so I needed to size up in order for it to fit. That kinda takes away from how well it works since you want base layers tight. Would be a great piece if it fit a little better. Will still be using it regardless.

Great base layer
I always thought my carhart base layers were good enough and there was no need to upgrade to more expensive Sitka. I always thought they’re nitch was outerwear and there was no need to shell out extra money for their base layer products. I was wrong this is so comfortable and warm, but I don’t overheat easily. Part of me wants to sleep in this. Also it doesn’t smell which is advantageous in whitetail woods. I’m buying another for my dad for Christmas who doesn’t even hunt but I know he’ll love it around the house and yard. A little pricey, but worth the money to me.

Go a size bigger!
Order a size bigger than normal. I’m a med went with a large and the fit is so much better. I’ve worn the 330 set if a couple of early morning goose hunts that went as low as 55 degrees. Loved the quarter size, you don’t feel the chocking like the other brands. The only thing I have to figure out if the smell. I’ve washed the set once. I don’t want to over wash so I hang them out size on the clothes line. But the base layers stink really bad if you sweat. Heads up on that. Others than that I am happy so far.
