Great hoodie for warmer weather (40 degrees plus)

Very thing material, similar to under armor. New England spring turkey may be good outer layer once it warms up, maybe a t shirt underneath but would recommend something else as an outer layer if it gets down much below the mid 40s. Overall happy!

Material is light weight and loved it on south Texas turkey hunt in the heat. I hope it’s durable for the price I paid for it it shouldn’t have been priced more than about $40 at most!

Love This Top

I'm 5'9 175lbs and medium fits me well. I wore it in my backyard when the thermacel was taking too long to work. Kept mosquitoes off of me. And it works great for early season here in Texas. I was a bigger a person at one point and got an XL but even that was big so in remembering that I went with 1 size smaller than I normally like, which is large. Got a medium and no complaints.

I recently bought this hoodie for Louisiana’s Spring Turkey season and am pleased with it so far. I’ve worn it in the field scouting, and it seems to do what it says it does. I’ll update my review as the weather warms and the mosquitos really start coming out.

Exactly what I needed

I needed something to protect me from bugs and the sun and keep me cool during the warm spring and summer days in the south. The guard hoodie provides maximum coverage for protection from bugs and UV rays and I can wear it all day without overheating. Love it!

I have not yet had a chance to use this gear in the field. Turkey season starts April 3rd in my state, and this system will be useful in the mosquito infested swamps I will be hunting. Initial impressions are good.
