Ain’t no bugs on me

Amazing, but it works. Comfortable and helped me get my first turkey this year.

Comfort

Very comfortable seems to keep the bugs down well in thick woods. Also nice on hot days.

Equinox set

I bought the shirt and pants. I haven’t had a mosquito or tic on me this season. Hands down the best turkey set I’ve ever had.

Works great in hot weather, and with bugs

I just got back from a two week trip to the Galapagos Islands. I wore the shirt every day to protect from the sun. And some days there were lots of insects on the beaches and it was great to be able to pull the covering over my face to keep bugs off. It also dried quickly, which was a big help when I washed the shirt in the morning because it would be dry in the afternoon. I highly recommend it.

Great.

One of the best products I have ever bought.

Excellent Warm/Hot Weather Top

The Equinox Guard Hoodie has proven to be a fantastic lightweight top out in the field on wild boar hunts. No issues with insects as the weather warms and the light fabric vents really well.

Equinox Guard Hoodie

This is a great spring hunting base layer. The hoodie/ face mask is perfect for turkey hunting. Fits well - size is tru to form.

Such a comfortable hoodie

Got my first ever turkey yesterday at 12 yards wearing this and the pants. Great hoodie and you can roll it up smaller than a can of soda and toss it in your pack.

Guard hoody

Fits true very essential piece of gear for my spring gobbler season. wore everyday for first teo weeks no insect problem at all. very nice

No bugs

Surprised at how light this was but performs flawlessly.

Perfect warm weather shirt

Got this to wear turkey and hog hunting. It's exactly what I was hoping it would be and will probably be getting another one. Great Purchase!

Awesome

Well, I was a little leery when I bought this due to it being super thin. Yes, you need to realize it's not an insulated piece of clothing, but as far as turkey hunting, this is my new favorite. I love the fact it has the face mask made into the hood. I pull the face mask up and put the hood on and then top it off with the Sitka boonie hat and it's a win win!

Tick protection

Important protection from tick-borne illness which is more and more common, especially for hunters who spend a lot of time in the outdoors. Usual Sitka fit (narrow) and quality ( great!)

I’m

Excellent!! Just what I wanted and repels bugs.

Great

Killed a turkey with it great hoody

Early season mush have.

I bought this in the set. I absolutely love this top light weight keeps the bugs off and it’s thin enough to let a breeze through. The pants are nice too very comfortable true to size and I really like the bug guard that goes over the boot. Only complaint is the pants are a little warm but not terrible for everything hog hunts.

Nice and lightweight

I use mine for early season whitetail and spring turkey to help keep the bugs off. Works well and keeps you nice and cool. I pair it with a core lightweight long sleeve and an ambient jacket for those colder morning hunts looking for turkeys in the mountains. Highly recommend!

Keeps mosquitos off.

Guard Hoodie

The hoodie is great for the turkey season in the Midwest. It is breathable and fits well. Makes those days when the temperature rises tolerable.

Great Product!

Product as advertised, very lightweight, true to size and technically functional. I ordered large.

Comfortable and light

Hoodie was light and breathable. Great for bird hunting. Chest pockets were awesome as well.

Bug proof

I got the green .. it matches most all of my other Sitka patterns hunted both Indiana & Kentucky turkey seasons .. no ticks .. I feel more comfortable in a xl in all my other lightweight hoodies .. but I could have used a large in this one .. xl is really big

Big Pig Hammy

Good quality but disappointed how thin the material is. I have the pants and love them. But the top is nothing like the pants.

Have yet to find a

Have yet to find a tick on me

Bug shield

The product really works as advertised. Impressive!

Super lightweight!

Great hoodie for those warmer days. Super comfortable.

Little snug

Works awesome as the product should just felt it was a little tighter then I was expecting

Super legit so far

Wore this hoody for the first time coyote hunting this eve. It’s was 75 degrees and mosquitoes were out thick. Had no bites through the hoody. However they wore my hands out so I will be getting some of the gloves as well. I never got hot in this hoody and could feel the breeze coming through.the mask and hood worked great too. I ordered a size smaller than what I normally wear and the fit is good.

Tickless Turkey Hunting

I’ve been wanting a little more protection in the turkey woods. The fit is great and it is comfortable. Quality looks awesome.

Can’t Do Without

It’s just the best all around piece that is a necessity.

Quality

I like the fit and features. Waiting to field test. Material is thin. Will pair well as base layer or stand alone during high temperatures.

It is so light.

It is so light.

Remarkably cool

I primarily bought the shirt to use while fishing in the spring and early summer. I recently took it to Mexico and it worked perfectly sunny, 85 degree weather as a sun shirt. The Insect shield works remarkably well.

Guard hoody sleeves do not fit

The sleeves have over 8” of material more than any other shirt or hoody I own from Sitka. Every other item has 25” sleeves and the sleeves on the guard hoodie are over 30” per side. It’s unwearable. I sent it back to Sitka, who admitted mine is longer than it should be and I was still sent back the same shirt with no replacement. It doesn’t fit. I will have to have almost 16” of sleeve cut off and altered to make this even remotely wearable. I’m very unhappy with the fit of this shirt and customer service or lack thereof by Sitka.

Awesome

Great product. Bugs don’t like it and wears great.

Favorite Hoodie

My new favorite hoodie. The material is soft and the hoodie fits perfectly. Highly recommend.

Great product

Lightweight and addition of chest pocket is perfect. Will be a main stay for turkey seasons. A tad looser fitting then I prefer but thats just a personal opinion.

Equinox Guard hoody

Great fit and great protection against insects, same great quality and look as Sitka always has. I bought this after going through Lyme disease last year and now walking the wood more confident and comfortable. A+++ on this item

Great product

Great product. Face mask is an awesome addition!
