Absolutely love these! Perfect for early season, even cool mornings. Already had the pants and hoody in elevated pattern. This particular pair along with hoody is in subalpine pattern. The guard material is no joke it sounds gimmicky but it actually works to keep the biters off your skin! In the heat these pants have some cooling properties and dry faster than most hot weather pants. There is only one issue... They don't make this line in womens clothing. This material in a women's cut would allow more woman to get into archery season for deer in the hot areas like TX. Ladies often produce more carbon dioxide thus attracting more mosquitos making the guard line a good option for them. I will also say the pocket lay out is perfect for saddle hunting. Also wish they made this material in shorts.

If you don’t have a pair or 2 or 3 you’re missing out. In my experience ticks and chigs have been horrible the past few seasons and I can’t imagine not having these pants. Be sure to use them properly and put your socks over top of the guards you will thank me later.

Sitka quality but forgot one thing. Should have installed the knee pad sleeves inside the garment. Huge miss in my opinion. At least offer the option for use while stalking with knee pads while wearing the garment.

Wore them scouting before the season started here in GA. While they are light and very comfortable, the first thorn to touch then created a decent sized hole/rip in the knee area. As they are meant to be worn in the woods during tick season I am a bit disappointed in the durability after the first 15 minutes of a scouting session, especially for the price. Can’t recommend for anything other than sitting.

At 5'4 athletic 150lbs it is very hard to find hunting gear that fits me. These pants were a perfect fit, super comfortable. I hunt in North Florida so this is the perfect pant for early season through winter. In the early season the vents help a lot to moderate temperature. I haven't used it in the winter but I'm sure I can add a base layer to this a be perfectly comfortable. Also the mosquitos don't bite through these pants, huge plus for Florida hunting.
