Equinox pants 36 regular fit to size . I like the tick guard gaiter that prevents ticks from crawling up your legs . Also the lightweight pants are my go to for early hunts .

These pants are the best. Of course, I’m biased because I’ve been a fan of Sitka hunting clothes for many years. The quality is outstanding.

Good but not for high temp

Have these in grey and deep cover and worn frequently for camping, hiking and turkey hunting. The insect shield and bite proofing work well, no complaints with the bug protection. But these pants have odd pockets on top of the thigh which I think double as much needed ventilation, so really cannot store anything in them. Good for cool to warm days with low activity, they are just too heavy or the construction doesn't breathe very well and they are hot if I am active in temps over 65* F.

Cool, the vents are awesome. Haven't found a tick or got any chigger bites since wearing these.

The hype is real

I live in central Georgia, where the heat index is consistantly higher than southernmost Florida. 90% humidity, 90 degrees, and 0 air movement is the average for bow season, pre-October lull. I've tried multiple pairs of warm weather pants, and thus far have been unimpressed at best. These break the mould. The balance of breathability, durability, and insect protection is perfect. Everyone knows about the dangers of Lymes, and my area of the country has recently experienced muktiple confirmed instances of EEE (which honestly spooks me more). Love the peace of mind from knowing that I am significantly better protected from insect-borne cooties. After using these, I can attest that cost for value is fair. If you have any doubts, go by a Sitka store and pick up a pair; it will change your mind.

By far the best hunting pants I’ve owned. They are packed with features and of course the camo looks great. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and make the purchase.

They work well, but I can't get past the feeling that stuff is going to fall out of them.

Great Pants for Spring Turkey

I wore these pants for Spring turkey season this year. They have just enough insulation for early morning chill and are breathable for when it warms up. The insect protection was nice and saved me from having to spray myself down with permethrin like I would have. These fit true to size, meaning your actual measured waist size not your numerical size in most jeans.

Nice fit

Nice pant, they are fairly cool in the heat and great in early spring. The length of material which tucks into socks could be a couple inches longer depending on how tall of socks are worn with them. Overall though good product.

Great fit and feel

"Chomping at the bit" to wear this in the Louisiana heat. Feel is comfortable and is flexible to move up and down my steps with my saddle attached. If you dont know what that means. . . buy it anyway because it will be the most comfortable pants you have ever worn.

Great for turkey hunting in the south with lots of mosquitos! Light weight material, hip vents, good pocket placement, etc. The leg gaiters worked way better than I expected as well. Definitely getting another pair!

Comfortable and well designed

Perfect spring turkey pants. Tuck your socks into the inner liner at your feet and wear some tall permethrin treated boots and you’ll come home tick and insect free. Wouldn’t catch me wearing anything else.

Like the new pattern! Love the double zipper!! Little on the pricey side compared to some other brand I own! And no back pocket is my biggest complaint but not a deal breaker! Very comfortable

Sitka Equinox Guard Pant

Hunted in the Pennsylvania hardwoods along the NY border this spring, and these pants performed flawlessly. The fit was spot-on—comfortable in a blind or covering ground in the woods. They handled early morning chills and warmer afternoons with ease. What really stood out was how well the Core Optifade pattern blended in—my guide said I practically vanished against a tree. Lightweight, breathable, and durable. Zero complaints. Sitka nailed it.

Great warm weather hunting pants!

I got these pants for turkey season, but quickly learned that they’re gonna be great on my Archery this September. Very comfortable didn’t have any problem with ticks, chiggers or mosquitoes and I live in a high tick infested area… Highly recommend!

Fits nicely the hardest season

Fits nicely the hardest season with fleas, gnats and mosquitos comes here right now, so we will see how much protection those trousers and hoodie is.

Turkey hunting essential!

Well made. I especially appreciated the reinforced belt loops. I like to use the Kodiak pant suspenders with these pants so they don’t sag when carrying a pistol.

Comfortable hunting pants

Great fitting and comfortable. Wore them turkey hunting. Dropped a long beard and went home and took a nap in the recliner. If you don’t have these pants, get some.

Pant worked great this year for the 2025 turkey season. Traveled through tall grasses/fields throughout the Arkansas/Missouri season and didn’t find a single tick!
