Comfortable pants that have more than enough stretch to do whatever. They work and keep bugs away. Mosquitoes at least. Was getting ate up around my legs in my backyard and put these pants on and no more mosquitoe bites. I'm 5'9 175lbs and 34 waist fit me good.

Poor durability
Durability is terrible. First hunt in them and the entire leg is ripped. Not just a tear, my entire calf is exposed. I’ve bought many Sitka items, but extremely disappointed on how these turned out.

Love these pants! I bought
Love these pants! I bought them for an early season (March) African hunt. They were a little warm for late summer in South Africa but they served their purpose and protected my legs from the pioneer spike-thorn bushes! I did find the zippered side vents the second day which allowed a little breeze to cool down. Five days in the bush and not one snag from the thorns & zero wear on the knees even though I was crawling & kneeling on rocks daily. I highly recommend them and will buy them in different patterns for here at home.

Haven't got to wear them out hunting yet but as my first ever piece of sitka gear I can tell you these pants and shirt feel amazing. Never thought I'd shell out the money for Sitka but so glad I did. Actually wards off ticks
I hunted 30 days during turkey season between helping my friends get birds and myself. In kansas normally have to pull several ticks off that are sunk in and find countless others crawling on me. This is the first year I’ve had ZERO latched on my lower half. In fact, one day I was sitting cross legged and watched three ticks try to crawl off my muck boots onto these pants and the insect guard had them flipping over backwards and falling off my legs. Will 100% never wear another pant during turkey season if it’s warm out!

Great Lightweight & Tick Proof Pants
I got these pants to hike & turkey hunt with. They are lightweight & comfortable & the fit was good. The insect repellent was a big plus as I don’t need tick bites to worry about. My only complaint is there are no rear pockets so you have to understand this when purchasing them. It took me a while to get used to as I use the back pockets for my cell phone & handkerchief. They also dry quickly as I sweat a lot when hiking. Otherwise they a good hiking & hunting pant & that’s why I own 2 pair!
