Perfect for running and gunning!

Pockets are well placed and sized for making fast moves and set ups. The vest has just the right amount of space to stay light but still carry all the appropriate gear to be out for most of the day if the turkeys are active. Well thought out Sitka 👍🏼

By far the best fittng

By far the best fittng turkey vest i've wore! I do with it had something to hold the thermacell without removing my box call but i made it work

Finally a turkey vest for turkey hunters . . I love the box call pouch that holds a box tight . . the pull cords that bring the seat up tight against you . . I remember walking through turkey woods with seat flopping against your legs … wish I could get it more stars

Darn good vest!

Good vest!! It’s still new to me but as a guide I’ve used with 15 different clients this yr and does everything I need it to do! Extra calls, masks, decoy, blind, shrub cutter, snacks and water all bases covered! The seat is pretty darn good too!

Love this turkey vest! I have had multiple vests over the years and this has been my favorite by far! Super lightweight, comfortable cushion, and enough storage for everything that I need for the day! Would highly recommend giving this one a try if your someone who puts down a lot of miles in a day chasing birds

The last turkey vest you'll ever buy!

Got er done down here in Oklahoma on public, 3 mile walk one way with a 20 lb bird vest held up great. For those long hikes I like how the seat can be fixed tightly to the vest so its not just swinging around and smacking your legs or getting caught. Can't recommend this vest enough!

Need new chest clips

I had to replace (sew on) new front clips on the pack straps on this vest, because the slide clips would not stay fastened. Also I wish the straps on the front of the pack were longer for a decoy.

Very Comfortable!

Very happy I purchased the Equinox Turkey vest. I liked my Sitka Turkey tool belt, but that’ll just hang on the shelf now because I’ll definitely be wearing the vest.

Great fit and utility, seat could be thicker

The only con, which is barely a con, is the seat. It is comfy, but for extra long sits I would prefer it be a little thicker.

Minimal and well-thought out

This is a great piece of gear for turkey hunting. Minimalist, but well-thought out. Great pockets for calls & accessories, and nice to have pouch for water bladder and straps for decoy/blind. I’m overall very happy with this product/design & would buy again

Love the vest and it fits good, I only wish it had some additionally webbing around the bottom or the side for additional pouches for rangefinders or other equipment but 10/10 would recommend!

One of the best turkey vests I’ve ever had. Multiple adjustments to make it fit just right, plenty of storage for box calls, pot and pegs and mouth calls. Even has a detachable lanyard for your locator calls. Very comfortable with nice padding for long sits in the woods.

Lightweight… uncomfortable

The vest is very light weight and you don’t need to move around to open the pockets too much. Downside is the seat. Gets pretty uncomfortable if your sitting in a tree at daylight waiting for fly down

It’s tight to your body so nothing gets hung on trees. Has tons of storage. Very light to bring in for an all day chase in the woods. Very breathable.

Best vest I've owned.

I recently purchased the Equinox turkey vest. It is the perfect design for carrying my necessities for morning sits which turn into run n gun adventures. I bring my favorite box call, along with 2 pot calls and strikers. Several mouth calls round out the arsenal. A couple snacks, and water, along with my phone and I m off on another quest for my next gobbler.

This is perfect for turkey season and truly a one size fits all! I think it would be great for early season deer hunts too when you are running and gunning

Best turkey vest on the market

Putting the seat cushion up and down can be a little tricky but once you figure it out, it’s not bad at all. I bought a second one of these in a different camo because I like it so much.

Awesome vest ! i haven’t ever purchased anything from Sitka this is the first but I can tell they really think about the little things that make a big difference especially in this turkey vest highly recommended!

This vest checks all the boxes for me, the pouches are intuitive and easy to reach, the seat is comfortable, and all and all it dissent feel heavy on long sits. It works well and I’m happy with it.

The turkey vest is very well thought out with quite snaps, and placement of pockets for all your turkey hunting gear.

Awesome jacket! Terrible cushion!

Overall the vest is really awesome. The magnetic close pockets are great as well as the cushion deployment/retrieval system. That leads us to the cushion. IT IS AWFUL! It is very thin dense foam with very little give. Not at all comfortable for anything over about 10 minutes. If you get caught with a hung up turkey or one that’s working slow your in trouble with this cushion. Sitka you have to do better!
