Great waterproof

Have tripped in the lake and face planted and this still keeps me dry. Keep the wrists velcroed tight and the only place water comes in is the neck so just keep your head up if you're going swimming! (Or don't be a clutz and go swimming in the first place haha)

I just made a crane hunt with the winds 15-20 mph. And 38 degrees this is bad ass stuff

There is no replacement for this jacket. Warm, dry, and comfortable. Fits to size and no bulk, pockets where they need to be!

Hudson Jacket size medium

First day with new jacket- hunted in pouring rain- all good. Was not cold-38 degrees so waiting for below freezing temps to see how warm the jacket is.

I ordered the Hudson based

I ordered the Hudson based off of the traverse fit and it is way bigger. I haven’t worn it yet due to it being 60° in Arkansas still. I tried it on when it came in but was pretty disappointed in the fit considering it is such an expensive jacket.

Awesome Jacket!

This is a must have outer layer for duck hunting over decoys in the field or in the water. It’s a well thought out jacket from top to bottom. I love the built in call lanyard.

I purchased a Hudson jacket in Waterfowl timber pattern early this fall and finally had the chance to use it this past week. Boy am I glad I spent the money on it. I hunted a flooded field with winds out of the west at about 30 mph the first day I wore it. I had a thermal undershirt on, a Rogers Toughman vest, and this jacket, and I didn’t feel the cold one time. The air temp that day was maybe upper 40’s, but the night before it got down to like 18 degrees. I had to bust through ice on my paddle back to the truck after my hunt. Completely water and windproof. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend. If you’re on the fence like I was for a couple years, save some money up, and make the purchase when you’re able to. You won’t regret it!

Love this jacket. Ordered a Large Tall initially and it was good on the sleeves but to long in the torso, Sitka swapped it out and the large is perfect.

Quality Gear that is worth the money

This jacket is very well made and should hold up to years of regular use. I have spent less on other jackets and regretted it. Looking forward to running this hard over the winter along with the bibs that I recently received.

Great features and quality. Design allows for good shoulder movement and gun mount. Does not bind! Hope it is waterproof. Earlier models were not as waterproof as needed.

Must have Jacket!!!

Huge fan of the Hudson Jacket. Mid to late season with rain and wind the jacket shines. With a few Sitka layers to late season this still did great. I’d recommend to everyone. Pricey but totally worth it!!!

Great Coat with great features

This coat has been phenomenal! Wet heavy snow and ice are not match for this coat. Great piece for layering and sitting in the duck blind all day is enjoyable with this coat. Cuffs are awesome and paired with the Pantanal gloves no chance of wet hands or arms.
