Super warm! I am a person who easily gets cold hands and feet, and I recently wore these for a full hour in -8 F and my fingers were very comfortable the entire time. They are expensive, but warm hands means increased safety and comfort-they are worth it. Some people have complained about the magnet which holds back the flip cover, it basically does not work at all, but I found the cover stays out of my way when utilizing just the fingers to grasp keys, shoot a firearm etc., very easy to slip the fingers out and get them back in. So, it's really a non-issue. If you get these you will be glad you invested the money. They are well worth every penny, the super warmth of a super-premium mitten with the dexterity of a glove.
I own the complete Incinerator system and I will say that these gloves shouldn’t bear the Incinerator name. I found them to provide only moderate levels of warmth.
If you use a climber, these things are clumsy and nearly impossible to climb with.
Dexterity is decent, but there is no touchscreen functionality, for the price it should have it! Taking your glove off at 2 degrees to check your phone is fun.
The magnet is too weak and the mitten part doesn’t stay folded back consistently.
I understand this is more a firearm glove and not bow hunting, but all in all I found them too bulky and poorly engineered.
These are the absolute best mittens for warmth that I have experienced. The palm material is not conducive to quietness. While adjusting my grip on a rifle the mittens squeaked loud enough to cause the deer to pause and look at me. I got the kill but don’t like gear giving me up.
I purchased these mitts because my hands are always freezing in upstate NY during gun season (120lb female, not much meat on these bones to keep me warm). Unfortunately women don't have a big of a selection so I had to turn to the men's for something to keep my hands warm. I decided to pull the trigger and try them out. I'm glad I did they are a tad big but lucky for me I can sew so I put a few extra stitches in the liners and they work perfectly! Highly recommend these! They are the only gloves that have kept my hands warm (raynaud disease) I do stick a handwarmer in time to time with those windy freeze days!
These are great mitts that do exactly what they're intended to do: keep you warm. I would give these 5 stars, however, they run small. I wear size Medium or Large depending on the Sitka glove style, but these run a bit narrow across the mitt and the thumbs feel short so I ended up returning for XL's.
Have been using these gloves for late season hunting this year and they keep my hands very warm unlike other gloves. The only problem with them is when the leather grip gets cold it starts to make noise when adjusting the bow in my hand. I also have a set of gloves from a different company that have a rubber webbing across the whole palm of the hand. They don't keep my hands warm but they don't make any noise when adjusting the bow so maybe you could look at incorporating that into these gloves.
Warm. For the price, it definitely needs touch screen compatibility and a trigger finger slit like the UA liner gloves have.
Received these as a gift, Christmas 2018. First time use today. Very warm, very well designed, and highly functional. However, I used with a synthetic stock and it sounded like a herd of guinea pigs in the shooting blind anytime I adjusted the rifle. Fortunately, it does not squeak with wood stock, but now limits the rifle for the hunt. Four stars due to limited functionality with my synthetic stocks due to the noise (not subtle, not usable). Highly recommend test with intended rifle. I would have returned had I known, however I purchased the rifle afterwards.
Amazing gloves for sitting in cold weather. Just a couple improvements: make the magnets stronger & also make the glove fingertips smart phone compatible to allow use of hunting apps without having to take off the gloves completely.
When it comes to hands I am a first rate wuss, I DO NOT LIKE COLD HANDS. I bow and gun hunt and wanted something I could do either in, I decided I could compromise for the bow on super cold days and just wear my release under the mitten and have to take it off.
I hunted some of the coldest weather I have ever hunted last year, near and below zero degrees with wind and snow. These did not disappoint, my hands stayed toasty and warmed quickly when placed back in the glove. Best of all they avoided that "used glove smell" so many other gloves pick up with sweaty hands in them.
I bought these to shoot my longbow with on cold days with my shooting glove. It was hard to chop the three fingers off an expensive pair of gloves, but this allows me to slip them over my shooting glove. Very very very warm!!! Then rifle hunting I'll slip a hand warmer in each mit flap when glassing. I know these are treestand gloves, but don't count them out for western hunting! They also resist water very well!
I used my new Sitka clothing in the Cyclone Bomb the Northeastern US just endured. Along with a few well-placed hand warmers, the Sitka clothing kept me dry and warm in 7 degrees with 30 mph winds. On the third day pf hunting, in a balmy 19 degrees with 24 mph winds, I got a trophy Your Incinerator jacket, bibbs, gloves, and hood performed very well in those conditions.
I agree with a previous review about the magnets. Not a big issue, but could be better.
Great gloves! Extremely warm! I gave it three stars because for $150 I'd have expect neodymium magnets to keep the flap open. The magnets are week and that's irritating for the price.
Best gloves I've ever worn. Got these gloves for Christmas. Have used every glove under the sun, mitts, hand warmers, etc. These gloves are an all in one. With the Mitt down, it leaves your fingers free to grip, this was especially good for trigger squeeze for me, and they are still warm enough to keep down in mid 30's temp. With the Mitt on, they are amazingly warm. There is a slight squeak in the leather, but I wrap all my deer guns so there is no noise for me in the woods.
I have not purchased these yet but it would be great if these had the ability to work the screen on a smart phone without having to take the gloves off. I know several other companies have this option in the fingers.
I have tried a lot of gloves, and the Incinerator Flip Mitt is the only glove that has kept my fingers warm in the coldest conditions. I bought this to sit in the deer blind, but have been wearing it a lot in the decoy blind decoying late season geese. I am extremely happy with this glove and have finally found a glove that makes long days in the field tolerable on my hands.
I own the previous version of the incinerator gloves as well. The 2015 design is a major upgrade over the previous. The addition of finger covers within the mitt is wonderful and was very much needed. The magnets work well even when they are new and sort of stiff. I sat all day in 20f with a cold gun in my hands all day and had no issues. I will only say one negative thing about these gloves and the same goes for the stratus gloves.... The black leather/vinyl is very grippy on surfaces which is great, but actually to a fault as it squeaks loudly on hard surfaces like a gun stock or a bow grip, so you have to use caution with an animal nearby or you will certainly draw attention to yourself. The material used in previous years such as the grey leather on the 2014 Sitka stratus gloves did not squeak on surfaces. Small complaint, but the finger addition makes up for my frustration.
Must have for a late season gun hunter! Love the warmth of these gloves! Well worth the money.
Use these with my big game system and love them. I spent several days hunting in brutal wind, snow and cold and my hands stayed warm in these. Wish they had them in optifade open country. Highly recommend.

I am a big fan of the Incinerator Flip Mitt for Nov/Dec Midwest hunts! The mitts are incredibly warm and the flip mitt option is great for dexterity when necessary. I did not give a 5 star review as I see 3 areas of improvement that could/would really set these mitts apart. 1) While the silent magnetic flip mitt is a great idea and is somewhat effective, it does not stay in place very well and comes undone routinely 2) The black grip portion of the mitt is quite noisy (squeaky) when handling my rifle and I am wondering if an alternative material should be used to reduce overall noise when handling something 3) etip fingers for the glove portion would be amazing! Tighten these up and it's a 5 star!
Super warm and quiet but provide dexterity with the gloves.
Great fitting gloves. They kept my hands warm in below freezing temps (-15 with a -30 wind chill). The mitt part would be a good place for a hand warmer if they did start to get cold. The only issue is the magnets. They are not strong enough to hold the mitt part back at all. PLEASE!!!! Get with marsupial gear and use the magnets they have on their bino harnesses. The quietest/strongest magnet system I've used.
These gloves are warm, however the magnet isn't strong at all (especially compared to cheaper brands). It will not keep the mitt stuck in the back position. This gets in the way. I own lots of SITKA gear and all but this has exceeded my expectations. Please make the magnet stronger and while you are at it, please cut the thumb and forefinger off or make it "touch" compatible.
