Comfortable and warm
This is the closest thing I've found to a heated beanie. I've used it well into the double digit negative numbers and still had to take it off while setting up decoys because it works so well.

Doesn’t fit
it entirely to tight on my head. I feel like Sitka makes all there hats to small. The only hats that fit me are the hi pro truckers and not even all of them fit. I have 5-7 Sitka hats sitting in my closest with tags on them.
