Great sleeping bag option.

I purchased this specifically for a hog hunting trip with the plan to sleep inside the back of the truck with an outside air temperature of 50F. I never once got cold and the option to walk around with the sleeping bag still on and open arm zippers really helps you maintain an optimal core temperature. It’s extremely light weight and compresses down very well for packing in and out. Thanks for creating such a unique and usable product.

Too tight

Spent 5 days in hell

Spent 5 days in hell canyon for spring bear temps were high 30s at night to 70s during the day. Was a great night sleep didn’t over heat wearing pants and the mid weight shirt while sleeping. Would not recommend for much colder temps without layers

Warm & Comfy Sleeping Bag

I purchased this after viewing a lot of videos on synthetic sleeping bags. The bag is warm but the best & most unique thing about this bag is the zippered arm slots that found made a great difference with allowing me to sleep comfortably. I just had to make sure that I slept in a warm & lightweight jacket to keep my arms warm while I slept. The times I’ve used it the nighttime temps were in the upper 40’s and I slept plenty warm but I’m also sleeping in wool socks, wool base layer bottoms and a lightweight jacket. I have big shoulders so mummy bags are very restrictive so this bag is my answer to a good nights sleep. It is heavier than a down bag so it’s probably a better car camping bag vs a backpacking bag too. Would I buy it again…. yes!

Solid! But not for wide shoulders.

I have really enjoyed most aspects of this bag and it’s innovative design that is now being replicated by others. The only negative, just because of my size, is that it’s not comfortable for larger frames. I’m 6’6” and roughly 230 for reference.

Not for temps below freezing without add'l layers

Used this bag in weather in the 20's. Had to wear a lot of clothing to stay warm. Bag states comfort is 38 degrees, can't confirm this as it was 10-20 degrees colder than that, so don't yet know comfort level with no added clothing on. Bag says limit is 28 deg, that's as cold as I'll use this bag moving forward. I'll bring a zero degree bag or warmer next trip when temps will be below freezing. Had to make sure the gusset was covering the zipper, otherwise cold air would flow thru the top zipper. Never used the arm or foot zip features, seem like they will work well. Snug but not too tight, I'm 5'10" and had plenty or length.

Pleased with my purchase

Kept me warm down to 28° with adequate layers and a nice pad. The arm holes are really nice, but the using it as a "jacket" is a gimmick. The bottom zipper isn't a locking zipper so walking around the zipper just rides up. Wind just shoots right up the bottom standing around. If I re-did my purchase I'd just by the puffy jacket and pants to put on before leaving the tent.

Great system

Versatile sleeping bag, wish the connector where you flip the foot box up had more adjustability. Also wish the arm zippers were 2way so you could close off the extra space Bt tween your arms and the bag. Other than those minor things the bag is awesome. Also wish it came with a compression sack.

I used this bag backpacking

I used this bag backpacking and camping Colorado for 5 days in July. There were temperatures ranging from 38 degrees to low 50’s and the bag worked great in all temperatures. I didn’t use the zipper for my feet much but the zipper for the arms was awesome for reading, readjusting the bag, and anything else I had to reach for. Would highly recommend this bag to anyone.

Pretty good

I really do like this bag. I was impressed with how light it is. It’s definitely small though. I’m 5’ 11” and weigh 204 lbs. I bought the regular size. I was thinking of sending it back for the larger one but I kept it with the logic that it’s made that way to trap heat. My feet touch the bottom and around the shoulders it’s extremely tight. If someone was claustrophobic it might be an issue. Again, I’m guessing it’s made that way for a reason. I had seen other reviews before I bought it about the stuff sack. It comes with a storage bag, but not with a stuff sack. Most other backcountry bags come with both as you can destroy a quality bag by leaving it stored in the stuff sack. This definitely isn’t a game changer for me as I know most people now don’t use a stuff sack, but store their sleeping bags in their packs without one and manipulate it within their backpacks to save space. All in all I think I like it and I really like the whole idea behind it, as do all the friends I have shown it to. All this being said, I still haven’t used it on any trips so far and I’m really hoping that it will keep me warm. There’s nothing worse than trying to sleep on a hunt and not being able to due to being cold but I have high expectations

Multi use

Best sleeping bag

Love this bag! Used it several times from early season to bitter cold nights. First time I used it at elk camp everyone teased me for a bit about it till the morning when everyone was cold but I sat up poked my arms through and sipped my coffee! Everyone went and bought one after the trip!

Get the longer size if 6'

I am 6 ft tall weight 180lbs and got the regular size. After trying it on for size I will be exchanging it for a size long. It was too tight on tops of shoulders and bottom tips of toes for my comfort and would not allow space at bottom of feet to place socks or warm Nalgene bottle at night to warm/ dry out feet/socks. In all fairness the regular size says 6' max and I feel it's spot size as I am 6'.

Had a chance to use this on a week long canoe trip in Northern Saskatchewan and I was pretty pleased with its performance. I was comfortable every night but did find that the legs seem too restrictive. If the sizing was bigger then I’d say this would rate a 5/5.

Light, Relatively Warm But...

Need to get rid of the tailored cut to the shoulders and hoodie style hood. It really needs more of a traditional style head/shoulders with draft collar. That would make for a overall more comfortable bag. The concept itself is really good and I used this bag on two hunts between August and September with no issues in cold; just wearing more layering in September to compensate for colder temps. That snug fitting hood design though isn't for me and I'll be selling the bag to finance something else.

Ya'll hit it out of the park with this sleeping bag design!!! Solves SO many problems with usual sleeping bags! I use it backpacking. Soft, comfortable, warm, zippers don't snag, and for us side sleepers allows us to flop around freely without tying ourselves into a knot!! You will not regret buying this bag!!

Hesitant to spend this much

Hesitant to spend this much $ on a 30 degree bag, but holy crap...worth every penny. 35 degrees and rain on the Alaska tundra. My feet stuck out of the bed of my truck all night and the bag became soaking wet...my feet stayed warm and dry for the entirety. The zippered armholes...I don't know if I'll ever be able to get into a bag that doesn't have them again. HIGHLY recommended.

I tested this sleeping bag

I tested this sleeping bag out this weekend. I slept outside under the stars and never once felt cold as the temperature dropped to a breezy 40°F. In fact, I was a little too warm at first. The zipper down the middle and the zippers for arms is an absolutely genius design. I was able to reach for my water or headlamp without having to open up the sleeping bag and let out all the heat. Whenever I needed to get up in the middle of the night to answer nature's call, I simply opened up the bottom, hooked the bottom up, and walked out to do my business. The next morning I spent the greater part of 3 hours walking around the cold campsite with my sleeping bag while everyone else was bundled up shivering. I was skeptical at first, but this sleeping bag proved its worth very quickly.
