I purchased these for a Newfoundland moose hunt. They performed great. We woke up to snow one morning and had rain and fog two other days. Wore these everyday on the boat to keep dry. Side zippers were great to take them on and off and to dump heat while hiking when wet out.
They held up great to the tucksmore trees. I believe these will last a long time.

Wore these pants every day on a bear hunt/fishing trip in northern Canada. Was windy, cool, rainy. Pants were comfortable and not bulky. Kept me dry and and cut the wind. Pattern looked great in the terrain we were in. Had an issue with a stiff zipper that eventually separated. Sitka Customer Service was excellent and replaced them with no issues. Heavier duty zippers would be a suggestion - however I am looking forward to wearing these in a variety of conditions.
