Comfortable Space
I have had an Alaska Hard Gear Harness for 4 years and I loved that harness but I never had enough space for my binos and range finder in the big pocket it had so I either had to stuff them both in to it tightly or pick a different pocket that I wasn't comfortable with for my range finder. This harness is light weight and comfortable and I have pockets for everything I need right on my chest. Looking forward to spending my hunting season here in Alaska with this new Sitka Optics Harness.

Best bino harness I've owned
I've been waiting to justify buying another bino harness as the two I have both were functional, but neither performed to what I was hoping. This one hits all the marks from fit to function and storage for rangefinder and GPS when I decide to carry all 3. I should have made the switch long ago! Very nice snug fit. Plenty of ways to adjust it perfectly to your body shape. Does not feel big/bulky at all. I kinda wish the bino flap also covered the sides to better help keep out dust in really windy environments. Other than that, it’s top notch

Pretty awesome!
As a bigger guy 6’6” 300lbs the fit surprisingly works for me very adjustable and I still have a little room for some layering, the adjustment is very easy to do and easy to take on and off. As for the functionality of the harness the magnetic flap for the binos is awesome just fold it up and it stays out of the way, it also has a microfiber cloth attached to the inside of the place you put your binos for easy cleaning . It has 2 removable pouches, I use one for a rangefinder the other just for miscellaneous small items. Overall great product.

Happy with it.. few changes
Upgraded from my basic strap harness to this to keep optics safe and dry... Worth the price on sale for sure.. Thought out features like the magnets in the binos flap to hold flap tight to harness and put of the way. Fits well... a little cumbersome to get on with the shoulder straps that move within themselves. Wish straps were a little wider for better comfort wearing light clothing early season. Covers over top of the side pouches are round and pouches themselves are square so lids don't fit perfectly unless u take the time to push them down around the squared off edges and they don't stay there reliability when moving. That being said.. I am satisfied with my purchase and will hopefully use it for many seasons to come.

Bought this harness on sale for $70. Wanted to replace the standard harness that came with my optics from a few years back. The easy access to open and close the pouches is great. The ability to remove pouches based on needs and hunting style is a huge plus. For $70 I don't think there is a better harness product.

I like the harness but
I like the harness but where the straps cross is a little high. I wish the bino straps were reversed so the tag end of the strap wasn’t attached to the binos when you released them. It’s not as comfortable as my badlands harness but it was on sale and was half the price. Overall not to bad for $70

Not having a zipper for any compartment it allows rain to pour straight into where you are trying to keep your optics dry. I bought these as an upgrade to be able to have my range finder in an easy location but these will only be useful during the dry season. And I live on Vancouver Island….so what is a dry season even?

I’m a big guy and this has no problem fitting me. The pouches are easily removed. I have used several badlands Bino harnesses and I like this one from Sitka the best. You can adjust how high you want it to ride. I’m going out archery hunting late season today it is supposed to snow and you can bet this piece of gear will be with me.
