Ordered this for my wife as an anniversary gift with the gift box. The robe is high quality and came wrapped very nicely and ready for me to present to her without having to do anything to it. It was one size too big, and the package included prepaid postage to return it with a form and clear instructions. I sent it back to exchange it for one size smaller. Julianna Rae processed the exchange the day they received it and immediately got it sent back out. The new robe fits nicely. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service.
