Very high quality build but disappointed in the warmth. Most Sitka gear I buy is XL and fits well, these are extremely baggy and unlike the coat and bibs.

It’s a nice pant. The zippered legs are great. It would have 5 starts but they took the rubber off the waist and do not sell them with the belts anymore. The original will be better for more mild conditions and shorter walks and the new pant will be better for longer walks in. I really wish they would have kept the rubber on the waist though.

The stratus is my go to for cool October days through the November rut here in the Midwest. I can layer up and go into the late season with it. The stratus will stop any wind that I can hunt in, from Kansas South Dakota Wisconsin and Minnesota to the big woods of Ontario and the prairies of Manitoba. I have put the stratus through its paces. I am 6' and the pants are 4" to long for me. I roll them up. If your inseam is 30 or 32, they will be 3 or 4" long. Otherwise fantastic pants. Warm, quiet, pockets.
