The pants construction is great . Cargo pockets are large, with smaller zip pockets on the front . The material is quite and warm .

GREAT MID SEASON PANTS

Living in South Texas, you’d think anything more than a thin laver would be perfect. However, Ole Jack Frost gives us a quite a few visits and that’s where these Stratus pants come in handy, especially their ability to knock down a brisk wind. Additionally, I look forward to wearing them during my elk archery hunt up in Wyoming this September…..can be downright chilly throughout the mornings….i purchased them on size larger in the waist, as to compensate for under layers in colder weather, especially if sitting the shade of a drainage….

Pants are very comfortable, much lighter than the pair I was using. Should be able to get me through 90% of the season with the right layering

These pants are great because they can be used from early through late season with proper layering.

The waist is a little

The waist is a little tight but livable. Looking forward to next season anticipating great comfort and warmth while sitting in the stand. Really like the design of the pant.

Perfect Mid-Season Pants

As a bowhunter, I highly recommend these pants. They are incredibly comfortable, quiet, and effectively block out wind and moisture from snow or rain. In my opinion, the optimal temperature range for these pants is between 60 and 30 degrees Fahrenheit. However, I have personally worn them in temperatures as low as 20 degrees by layering them with a base layer and sweatpants underneath.

I purchased these after I purchased the Status jacket and vest. These pants are great by them selves on warmer days and even better with base layers on colder days during the gun season. They are very quiet. I was worried about them picking up burrs but have had no problems.

Warm Pants

I love how Sitka offers great wind protection and good warmth in a light weight fabric. I never ordered Sitka before to anyone ordering unsure of sizes they run on size to larger. So don’t order bigger.

My new Turkey pant

I live in Northern Washington. Our turkey season is usualy mid 20’s - low 40’s. I have froze year after year… not any more. Perfect pant for cold days on the move.

Had a chance to try these out in 8 degrees. Worked great as my outer layer. Used synthetic next to skin 350 gram wool mid layer and stratus outer. Keep me very warm

Quality first

We purchased these pants for my husband, we both hunt and have a lot of Sitka Gear , always look for a great sale good quality they definitely seem to be more pricey than other brands but I definitely appreciate it when I’m in the field hunting , I paid right up line price for the women’s gloves, but when I find them on sale, I grab another pair. there’s nothing like having comfortable hands game changer! to keep me in the woods never found anything as good. They also sell a liner separately if you need to be warmer, great to get those gifts that’s definitely impressive quality , sometimes is the gift you appreciate more after you use it .Gianna PS I find their clothes to fit exactly the right size, but I always like to add, layers, even though they say you don’t have to, so I always size up one size , I bow hunt in a tree stand, and when you’re not moving, and you’re in the wind, it does get cold specially, with all those hours the (sizes that I’m putting down on my husbands )

These pants are very comfortable

These pants are very comfortable and are great for cool temperatures. I wore these paired with the heavy weight bottoms in temps 25-55 degrees while hunting Elk in NM and hunting whitetail from a stand in TN. I normally wear a 36x34 or a 34x34. And the large fit me great with enough room to add a warming layer, but I would suggest the XL for the bibs.

These pant are definitely my favorite. I just spend 3 days in Illinois with temps in the negative. I was in a box blind with a pair of long longs for my bottom half. My top half. I had a long John top on with the Sitka hoodie and stratus jacket, stratus hat. I was completely comfortable.
