Great pants, extremley versatile

They undersell how warm and really how versatile they are. I’ve worn them in 50 degree weather and also in low 20’s. You add 2 layers underneath these and I’m sure I’d be fine in 10 degree weather

Stratus pants provide protection from the cold. The material is comfortable and silent for the cold mornings of bow hunting.

Very Warm

I typically hunt NJ and Missouri. I layered these pants with the Fanatic Bibs this year in NJ, never made it to MO. I was comfortable all day. These pants are another fantastic option Sitka has given.

I am 250 lbs, bigger

I am 250 lbs, bigger on top than in the waist , I ordered a 2x and it ran a little bit but I like that for the fact of layering underneath on the really cold days , stayed incredibly warm but if you have a long walk make sure you pack them in and put them on when you get to your spot because they will make you sweat , great product and would highly recommend them for that late season cold weather .

Very comfortable & warm

I’ve had 3 other big brand hunting pants. These are very comfortable and warm with easy movement. They are what I call short at the waist which takes some getting used to without thinking your pants are falling down. I do wish the belt loops were big enough for a standard belt. The belt they come with is fine but the plastic buckle just doesn’t scream security of keeping your pants up. I like rear pockets and really wished they had some but the front hand pockets along with the cargo pocket are large enough to work. My jeans run 34 waist so I ordered the large 34-37 waist. There is no waist adjustment I can find to let them out so under layers don’t make the waist tight.

Cold No Longer

These pants have completely changed my cold weather hunting. I have paired these with some Merino wool and a mid later, and have been comfortable down to 25 degrees. I cannot wait to get my hands on the jacket.

These pants are great. Fit perfectly and they are warm!! 36 degrees and only run a lightweight Sitka base layer. Next purchase will be the jacket.

These are exceptional pants. I've worn them while western big game hunting and as well as Midwest whitetail hunting. They're great for stalking or long cold sits. I was fine in temps right around 10F with the heavyweight bottoms underneath.

Wore these pants with good

Wore these pants with good base layers during Oklahoma deer season. Was no need for anything else until temps start getting near the 20s. I also get cold easy.

The perfect pant

Being a bow hunter, quietness and warmth are the top of my priority list when it comes to hunting clothing. Once I got my stratus pants I knew these were ideal for me and my conditions. I can get away with less layers and still accomplish the same warmth I desire to be comfortable in the tree or ground blind. Less layers to me means more maneuverability with less bulk. Extremely pleased with these pants and all that they offer the bow hunter especially the warm hand pockets. Great fit and true to size.

Great product

The stratus pants opti- fade elevate are perfect for whitetail hunting from the tree stand. Great for bow hunting for warmth and concealment. First year using this product and I harvested 2 bucks over 130 inches.

Top-flight

You can tell when you pick these up that they are made of superior materials. I am 5'10" 150 and these fit me perfectly (32 x 30). Many of Sitka's pants are long on me, but these are great. I decided to go for the bibs (largely because of the hip zips/ability to dump heat), but all in all these pants are great.

Loud and I wish the leg pocket zippers were reversed. It really seems counterintuitive to have them zip toward the front and exposing the contents to falling out when seated in a tree stand.

Best Rut Bowhunting Pant Available

I am fortunate to be able to run any hunting garment I want, and I continue to go back to the Stratus set. For Midwest bowhunting in October and November, these are tough to beat with a good base layer system.
