Nice pack

I appreciate the quality of craftsmanship and design of the timber pack. I do wish the waterproof material was further up the sides and front of the pack, or some other type of waterproof material lining the camo portion of the pack. It has plenty of room to carry the items I need for a walk in waterfowl hunt and I really like the integrated straps to carry game.

Works well

Initial review is optimistically good

Fits well, comfortable fully loaded and appears to be well built. Time will tell of course and the next waterfowl season will truly test it as we grind pretty hard and we are hard on our equipment. The only change I would make on my initial evaluation is that there would be more strapping/tiedown options on the exterior for securing blind stools and folding dove chairs as were quite mobile.

Great all around bag!

I’ve been eyeballing this bag for a while and finally pulled the trigger. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Great all around bag for whatever you need. I’ve used it for deer, turkey, and duck hunting and have yet to run into an issue.

Awesome pack

Got this for the use on the boat and it is amazing .. lots of in side storage as well as multiple zippers that makes access a Breeze it’s not 100% water proof but with a little bite of water repellent spray I’ve never had an issue with it

Solid quality but not totally waterproof

Pack is a bit larger than I expected and I won’t need all the space in the blind but is typical high quality you’d expect from Sitka. Only downside is the fact that it is not fully waterproof. Only the bottom section is.

The timber pack is a great addition to the walk in waterfowler. It has plenty of storage area for your gear and is easily accessible when hanging on a tree.

Fantastic All Around Pack

I love this bag! I use it as my everyday blind bag. It's definitely built for flooded timber but it works for your everyday use as well. I like the stiff back that allows the bag to stand up on its own. The zipper on the front allows you to pass right through and get to your DRY shells very easily. Definitely a beast in the flooded timber as well. The bird lanyard is a very nice addition and eliminates the need to carry one freeing up space.

The tree strap on the thing is too handy. Kept my gear dry and the way it’s laid out makes it really easy to access.

Great pack for a blind or a place you can hang it. Love the large open main pocket, but also has smaller pockets for organization.

Would not pay that much for the pack again. Love the size and pockets. Zippers are pretty difficult to use. Not waterproof at all.

Timber Pack could use some upgrades

Hunted a few hours in the rain and everything inside was absolutely soaked. The zipper on the main pack is aggravating. Overall, a well thought out design but needs a few upgrades

With the shape of the

With the shape of the main compartment, the zipper can be difficult to operate. I think having a more structured zipper track would help ease the functionality of the zipper. Outside of that, the bag has been good so far.

This is a great pack. The strap is more substantial than others I have used in the past. Seems to be durable but there are a few suggestions. I think it would be great to have a molded bottom so it can stand up, another external pocket on the front for smaller items and sunglasses, and a sleeve in the back of the main compartment for spinning wings, lastly an all metal bucket. With these additions it would be the perfect pack!
