Timber Pack could use some upgrades

Hunted a few hours in the rain and everything inside was absolutely soaked. The zipper on the main pack is aggravating. Overall, a well thought out design but needs a few upgrades

I recently purchased the timber pack, and I couldn't be more impressed. Whether I'm in the blind or in the trees, this pack has proven to be a game-changer. With the shape of the

With the shape of the main compartment, the zipper can be difficult to operate. I think having a more structured zipper track would help ease the functionality of the zipper. Outside of that, the bag has been good so far.

This is a great pack. The strap is more substantial than others I have used in the past. Seems to be durable but there are a few suggestions. I think it would be great to have a molded bottom so it can stand up, another external pocket on the front for smaller items and sunglasses, and a sleeve in the back of the main compartment for spinning wings, lastly an all metal bucket. With these additions it would be the perfect pack!

A very nice bag and ot comes in handy all the time but the way the zippers are designed they can be difficult at time to unzip around the corners

MUST HAVE FOR FLOODED TIMBER

This backpack is amazing for timber hunting regardless if you are boating, walking, or driving in! and packed with features. The tree strap that's built in completely take the need to bring another one for guns and stuff away.

Worth every penny

Highly recommend. Plenty of room. Was able to fit my DWJ, 3 boxes of shells, 16oz coffee, 32oz water jug, headlight, 3 pairs of gloves and a handful of other items just to see what all I could pack away.

Awesome Gear Bag

I've had a chance to take this out in the duck blind 3 times so far. It's an awesome piece of gear. The waterproof rubber bottom is one of the main reasons i picked this up. Everything stays dry and when you are the the duck blind you can unzip the top and have quick easy access to several different things the way it is laid out. I haven't strapped it to a tree yet but that feature is awesome too and can't wait to use it.

Awesome bag I only wish I had bought it sooner. Material and Quality are what you would expect from Sitka. Coated bottom never leaked on wet boat rides or in the blind. The zippers are a little tough until they break in.

Great pack for Waterfowl

Pack is awesome. Plenty of room for multiple boxes of shells, toboggan, neck gaiter, headlamps, etc. I also utilize this pack whitetail hunting and it fits a full spray bottle scent lock along with plenty of room for binoculars and other gear.

This is the best backpack I have ever owned. I have tried drake and banded but the construction of the timber pack is far superior. I have often used a carabiner to attach 2 dozen decoys to it and have not experienced any stretch or loose threads. Only complaint is the outside zip pockets could be a little larger.

I really wanted to like this backpack

The fit and function and storage capabilities of this pack are excellent. BUT it’s not even close to water resistant, which is mandatory for a duck hunting pack. My zipped up timber pack rolled forward on the riverbank and the top half was very briefly on the water before I quickly stood it back up. All my gear on the inside was soaked and I had a small amount of water sitting in the bottom of the bag. This pack is a great design, but needs to be made waterproof, especially for $250. Don’t waste your money on this if you duck hunt regularly.

Timber Pack

I absolutely love this Timber Pack, I had purchased 2 of them. This may sound funny but, one is for hunting and the other is used as a Diaper Bag for my baby boy. Once he gets older that bag will become his hunting pack! It has all the room you need, it has definitely taken a beating.. from getting soaked, stepped on, stepped on. This bag can take it all and I definitely recommend it!
