This hoodie has a great fit. I’ve used it as an outer layer more than anything so far but I did use it once as an intermediate layer while coyote hunting in 10 inches of fresh snow. It worked well keeping me warm and dry.

I am super impressed with the quality of this piece of gear. I ordered the hoodie for future goose hunts and gave it a few trial runs while ice fishing and working around the house in Jan/Feb. I'm located in Alaska and we have had a rough winter and this hoodie is a "must have" now. I will be ordering another one for general use during the winter. Does a great job shedding water and repelling wind while trapping in the warmth and not restricting mobility. I plan on using it hunting geese and fishing late season river trips.

The fit was exactly what I needed. This is a thicker hoodie than I thought it was. It acts as more of a jacket for cooler temps. It looks and feels great and acts as an insulated hoodie. I own three Traverse Hoodies in different patterns. It’s the perfect weight for outer garment use in mild-to-cold weather and also great as an intermediate layer for frigid temperatures. The hood conforms to and turns with your head without blocking your vision. The slick material is possibly the quietest I’ve ever owned. Perfect for bow hunting. The stitching quality is superb.
