Gtx Boots

These boots are considerably lighter than my other knee high boot and they vent better also. Can't wait to test these out this fall.

I haven't had a chance

I haven't had a chance to wear these boots in the field but they are exceptionally light for "rubber" boots. They feel a little tight for my wide feet, but im hoping that loosens up with wear.

Excellent boots

I’ve owned and had some success with many boots over the years but they always fell short in one way or another. These have great fit, are very light, and have great traction. Looking forward to see how they perform in cold weather!

VentLite GTX Boot

The new VentLite GTX Boot seems to be a high-quality boot that you should expect from SITKA, and yes, a liter boot too. The fit to foot size is true to size (did not upsize for adding wool socks, fit still good with one pair). Have not yet been in the field or stand, but this year will only be going with one pair of Alpaca Boot Socks seeing the comfort range is rated -30 to 60F so we will see. Another feature I like is the 18. 5" boot height as my ladder stands are 17" from the seat bottom support to the foot platform, this is where my other 17" boot tops would get hung-up and make noise when pulling the boot top back out. I have other SITKA hunting clothing and nothing I have found will keep you more comfortable in the field. Just wish SITKA would have found a USA manufacture for the boots (no cost break here), SITKA don't forget your roots. . .

So far these boots have been the warmest I've ever worn. Didn't think they would be that warm as light weight as they are but I was wrong. These impressed me so much I bought a second pair to have on hand. I'm between a 12&13 depending on the brand etc. These GTX i got a 12 in both pairs and fits perfectly with the Sitka socks and the Back 40 boot I was a 13

The boot is way more comfortable than other boots I've had. Seems to be good quality material as well. Hopefully they keep my feet warm this winter in the stand.

The boot is awesome other than the fact that it sits too high, and when you sit down, the back of the rubber goes up into the back of your thigh, very uncomfortable I wish it was made the normal height, and I will re-Buy them great in all other ways comfortable light and pretty

I have been waiting for these to launch in EVII! Sitka released just in time for hunting season here in PA. Much lighter weight than I expected and are very comfortable. Haven't field tested yet but looking forward to using throughout season without cold toes! Only complaint is calf part is very large. I assume that is so you can tuck the pants into your boots

Awesome Boot

I’ve tried a lot of different types of boots but they all fell short of my expectations… These Sitka boots are above and beyond ! Lightweight, comfortable & they allow your feet to breathe!!

I bought these for winter, but wondered how they would dissipate the heat in warmer temps. Quite well in early season in 60-85d temps. Comfortable all day long. with decent OVER the calf socks. I have big calfs, and these are generously cut and fit very well!

So far a great boot.

So far a great boot. I wear a 10. 5 normally, so went up a size to 11. It fits ok, a bit snug in width. Traction is great. Overall a nice boot. Will come back as I put some wet muddy miles underneath them.

Love my ventlites

Another great innovative product from Sitka. Warm enough for the winter, breathable enough for the rest of the year. They are comfortable, lightweight, and waterproof to the top. Absolutely worth the money.

I wear size 12 and tried the lacrosse 1200g thinsulate and they were too tight with a sock. This boot is much lighter and size 12 needs a sock. The top part felt loose until I tucked pants into boot then fit is perfect. Overall foot comfort is great. Boot is quite tall I am 6ft and almost to the knee. I hunt Canada and will use for cold weather hunts. Will update review.

The VentLite GTX boots are exceptional. My normal size is 11. 5 and the size 12 fit perfectly. They are light weight and the quality is excellent. Sitka hit a home run with these boots. I’ve only walked about a mile in these so far but there is no break in period and they are extremely comfortable and light weight for easy walking. I ordered the green and and like the color. Well done Sitka.

Stiff and bulky

Boots were too bulky and stiff for a southern man. we just don't need that much down here. I rated them poorly because of the partial refund after returning un-worn. Not sure how we are supposed to try things if we get dinged for returns

VentLite GTX Boot

They fit so much better than my lacrosse boots and muck boots. And it’s almost half the weight of my lacrosse boots as well and there’s not slop in the boot they are snug and don’t slide around. Haven’t been able to see if they are as warm as other boots though because it’s July but have really liked them so far.

This boot can’t be beat! Pictures don’t do this boot justice as you do need to see them in person and you will definitely purchase them! You’ll never buy a normal rubber boot again.

Great Boots

To be honest I haven’t been hunting in the boots yet. I have worn them around the house to kinda get’em broken in. They are very comfortable and easy to get on and off without any struggle. They do run about 1 size small
