Sitka Sandals

These are so comfortable I ordered a 2nd pair just to wear in the house! These sandals have real arch support and I dont feel the toe strap at all.

Nice but bulky

As you know, Sitka is Sit-snug normally and I am in between sizes based on the use of the item. I order a Large for a underlayer and XL for outside layer if I am planning on layering underneath. I ordered an XL in this jacket and it absolutely swallowed me. This item runs large and is intended to be an outer layer piece (i do not see a scenario where this could be a mid layer). The face seems durable enough and there is noticeable bulk in insulation, i am sure this would be warm but not packable whatsoever. Ultimately i sent this back to search for a less bulky option for layering. This is not your normal Sitka cut, fits more like a parka. 5'10 230

Hot weather champ

This is a super lightweight shirt, which is really nice when the summer temps hit! I typically wear an undershirt, for those that don't it possibly could be too thin for some.

Mountain Optics Harness Review

So far so good. Using it down in the southeast, it definitely soaks up sweat pretty good. The only thing I can see being odd with it, is if you aren’t wearing a tall collared shirt, it may rub your neck. Other than that no issues so far.

Ultralight pant that is extremely packable and completely waterproof!

Bought these Sitka Women's Dew Point Pants for my wife as an ultralight pant that is extremely packable and completely waterproof. We primarily do backcountry hunting. I wanted her to have something that would protect her from the weather but did not restrict movement. She says they are super lightweight, loves the side zips for ventilation and easy to pull over her boots. The taped seams are guaranteed waterproof plus for heavy rain or wet snow. These pants are definitely women-specific, modular cut for max mobility and have an adjustable nylon web belt. Definitely fits easily over base layers. Terrific product!

Fit and finish is well done. The wool is comfortable and fits good.

Ambient 100

I like the concept behind the ambient technology. i own the ambient 200 and 75. The fit on both of these garments are spot on. As for the Ambient 100 vest. it is way too small. I purchased the 2xl and the fit is more like a large. The vest needs to have more length and girth in the chest area.

Extremely impressed with the Cat five Pro Gore-Tex bib. It lives up to its hype. It truly weatherproof outer skin for the most avid fisherman who controlled the shores of Lake Erie. Extremely impressed with the longevity and quality of these bibs.

Slip ons

I wanted the blue but due to our of stock and worried I would miss out on any, I ordered the marsh camo. The Ranger is very comfortable, plenty of room in the toes, and easy to put on with or without straps. If Sitka has a pair of 10. 5/11 men in blue, I would appreciate it.

Alaska fishing again. Still holding strong.

Back again. Second trip to Alaska salmon and halibut fishing. Would never have caught this PB king if this rain gear didn’t work. It kept me out in the rain just long enough to catch my best salmon. Most would have went back to camp.

My everyday guiding shirt

As a fishing guide, I have been waiting to find the perfect shirt for fishing. This shirt is it. It’s very light weight. A little stretch to it. The hood had a great fit which doesn’t fly off when driving the boat as easily as other hooded shirts.

The only boot that keeps my feet completely dry

I’ve tried almost every waterproof fishing boot. This is the only boot that has kept my feet dry completely. The difference of these boots are that they are breathable and waterproof. So far after a few months they are holding up to the saltwater as well.

They flip flops are so comfortable. They are not slippery when they get wet. I highly recommend these for your next fishing adventure here in florida

Used this bag for hunts on the Yukon river. Kept gear dry even when dropped in the river. The zippers and seams are sealed and strong. Like the back straps make it easier to haul.

Really like how it zips and unfolds to give separated storage and organization.

Extremely comfortable

Couldn’t be happier, air travels through the materials easily and sleeves dry quickly when fishing. The seems are done very well so you don’t feel rough stitching like on some other brands.
