OUR WADER WARRANTY
We make our fishing and hunting waders as durable as possible, but the wild is an unforgiving place. If you ever have any issues due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace your gear for free. We also repair damage due to normal wear and tear for a reasonable fee, so you can get back into the field or onto the water with confidence.

We also offer an End of Season Service where we do a full inspection and complete any needed repairs so you have total peace of mind heading into the next season.
WHY SHOULD YOU CLEAN YOUR WADERS?
Regularly cleaning and maintaining your waders improves breathability, maintains waterproof performance, and helps your waders last longer.
HOW TO WASH YOUR WADERS?
• Hose or brush off excess dirt and debris.
• Fill your bathtub with warm water. Add in a liquid detergent that’s specifically designed for technical garments, such as Grangers Performance Wash.
• Lay waders flat in the bathtub and scrub with a soft bristle brush inside and outside of waders.
• Rinse off waders and hang upside down.
• While the waders are still damp, apply a spray on Durable Water Repellent. treatment, such as Grangers Performance Repel Plus. For best results, dry with a blow dryer on a medium setting waving about 6 to 8 inches above the garment. NOTE: Applying heat too closely or for too long can damage fabric.
• Dry waders completely by hanging upside down from the boots. Do not store damp or wet, or mildew buildup could damage fabric.

HOW TO MAINTAIN WADER ZIPPERS?
• Place a little dab of zipper lube on both sides near the closing end of the zipper
• Open and close a few times in order to fully distribute zipper lube along the teeth
• A little goes a long way—be sure to wipe off excess or else it will collect dirt
• Continue to lubricate when the zipper gets stiff or before storing your wader at the end of the season
• Store with the zipper closed in order to reduce strain
WHAT IF I’M HUNTING OR FISHING IN SALTWATER?
If you hunt or fish in brackish or saltwater, we highly recommend completely hosing off your waders after each use.
WHAT CAN I FIX IN THE FIELD?
Pinhole leaks, small tears, and punctures don’t need to keep you out of the hunt or restrict you to shore. You can easily repair these issues with a GORE-TEX Patch & Repair Kit and keep your gear going until the end of the season. Once the season’s over, send your wader to us and we’ll perform a permanent fix.

INSTRUCTIONS
• First, you’ll need to log in to your SITKA account or create one
• Click ‘START A REPAIR’
• Once submitted, you’ll receive a pre-paid Fed-Ex shipping label within 48 hours. Be sure to clean and dry your waders before shipping!
• After we assess your items, we’ll let you know if the damage is covered under our warranty.
• Eligible warranty items will be will be shipped back to you at no cost after repair within 6-8 weeks of arrival
• If your issue is not covered under our warranty, we will have you approve the cost before beginning the repair. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
HOW MUCH DO REPAIRS COST?
The following rates do not include shipping fees.
• Depending on Severity: Tears/Patched/Pinholes // $30 - $70
• Boot Replacement due to wear // $100 - $200
• Suspender Replacement due to wear // $40
• End of Season Service* // $125 // Complete inspection service includes: Pressure test, pinhole leak identification (first 4 patches are free), and boot leak identification
*End of Season Servicing fee is for testing and damage identification. If we discover an issue covered by warranty, you’ll only be charged for the original End of Season Servicing fee. You will NOT be charged for the warranty repair and return shipping. If your issue is NOT covered under our warranty, we’ll contact you to approve the cost before we do the repair and you’ll also be charged for return shipping.
