Love the fit on it, not a big fan of the pad but it's removable so that's a huge plus. Pockets are perfect for the small little necessary items on short drives through the woods.

Ballistic Vest

The layout of pockets on the vest is exactly as it should be. These fit very well around the other Sitka gear such as the mountain Jacket, or the Stratus Jacket. The material is impressively quiet, and overall this is the best useful blaze otange vest I have had.

Great quality that last. Pockets are really big and can carry a lot of items. This vest has a removable or reversible (right to left) shoulder pad. The fit is what you would expect from a vest of this nature and just a little on the roomy size. If you put it on over a jacket or coat, fit is perfect. If you wear it over a tee shirt, then it’s a little on the big size, but not too big. I wear a large jetstream vest and it fits perfect, but I wear an xl in this vest because of the layering when I wear it.

Quality Vest

Quality vets, but of all Sitka gear I have purchased, this seems to run slighty larger. It may be because of the cut and no liner. I am 6’ and about 215lbs. Tried on over my traverse top and is still a bit baggy

It’s everything you want in a vest. If you’re a Midwest hunter or a western hunter, I do a lot of both, this is perfect fits so well and correctly. Easily adjustable, quite material, sleek non bulky design. Love it

Really wanted to like this vest but it runs big. I got a medium and ended up returning it because it was too big. Will buy again if they make a small.

Bought this to wear during rifle season and it fits perfect over my Fanatic jacket. It does have a recoil pad on the right side which I’m not a big fan of but overall not bad.

Huge!

Almost everything I won in Sitka fits great. I wear XXL or 2XT. This vest was very baggy. Yes I’m you can tighten it down but the excess sticks way out on the sides. I have $10 vests that fit way better. Sitka should rethink this one for sure.

Great vest, magnet clasp works well, zippered pockets are convenient and the pockets hold a good amount of ammo or anything you need to get to right away over your other layers.

This vest is pricey, but it’s worth every penny. The vest is super comfortable, very quiet and lightweight. For those of you that are left handed the cushion for your shoulder can be switched over from the right to left to accommodate you.
