I’m 5 ft 8 in, 175 lbs and a medium worked perfect for me. Had a chance to use this snowboarding actually to try it out and was super warm all day even in high winds and temps below 20 degrees. Had a synthetic base, this core merino over that, and a thin windstopper outer layer and was perfectly fine all day. Good moisture management as well.

This was an amazing base
This was an amazing base layer while hunting in St. Paul, Alaska, at -1 degrees. Mixed with the Gradient Jacket and the Hudson Jacket, it made for the perfect combination for the elements. The top is warm on cold days but it does seem to run a little big. I am used to wearing under armour base layer which is tight to the skin. This is a looser fit which will take some getting used to.

Just used in a whitetail hunt in mid December for an all day hunt. Used as a base layer with tye fanatic jacket to help keep sweat away during moving through the trails and felt comfortable. I bought a large but typically wear XL (5'10 / 230lbs) and the large was a little tight but stretchy enough to work as a base layer. Would buy again!
